Position 1: – Senior Program Operations Officer
Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Program Operations Team Leader, the Senior Programs Operations Officer plans, organizes, and coordinates training programs. He/she follows-up and evaluates the performance of trainers, participates on conducting training impact assessment.
Job Requirement:
Education: BA/MA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Education, Economics, Project Management or related fields of studies from recognized higher learning Institution
Work Experience: Six years of experience for BA holders and 4 years of experience for MA holders in similar positions
Technical and Other Skills:
Demonstrated technical ability, sound judgment, and ability to interact and work effectively with others;
Good conceptual understanding of trade fair and event management;
Firm belief in teamwork;
Basic computer skills;
Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Position 2: Manager, Internal Audit Service
Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Board of Directors and the Secretary General, the Manager, Internal Audit Service is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, directing and controlling the functions of Internal Audit Service. He/she identifies financial and operational risk areas, reviews and appraises the internal control system within AACCSA to give reasonable assurance on adherence to acceptable standards, policies, procedures, strategies and legal requirements. He/she also discloses growth areas and application problems and suggests solutions for exceptions and problems disclosed. He/she provides regular advisory services to the Board, Secretary General (SG), Deputy Secretary Generals (DSGs), Directors and Managers to ensure that AACCSA’s resources are properly managed and utilized. Also, he/she confirms that all activities are free of corruption and favoritism and all resources are protected from theft and pilferage and utilized to the interest of stakeholders.
Job Requirement
Qualification Requirement:
Education: BA//MSC/MBA degree in Accounting and Finance/Business Administration from recognized Higher Learning Institutions.
Work Experience: Must have a minimum of 10 years of work experience for BA and 8 years of work experience for Master Degree holders respectively in similar position
Technical and Other Skills:
Professional integrity and high moral standard
Extensive knowledge in auditing procedures
Strong skills in analysis and synthesis
Good level of knowledge about IFRS and Accounting Standards
Knowledge about accountancy software
Knowledge about Ethiopian commercial laws
