Position 1: – Corporate Business Development Services & Research Services

Minimum Qualification: MA/BA in economics ,management or related fields

Minimum Work Experience: 8/10 years out of which 3/4 years in managerial position

Required Personality Traits

Decision making ability

System, policy & Standards development ability

Ability to work in stressful situation

Additional Requirements:

Training/Knowledge in research and BDS tools like SPSS,MS office, project office  &Computer

Experience in Trading, manufacturing, & hospitability

Work place: Addis Ababa

Position 2: – Corporate Human Resources Development & Management Director

Minimum Qualification: MA/BA in HRM , management or related field

Minimum Work Experience: 8/10 years out of which 3/4 years in managerial position

Required Personality Traits

Decision making ability

System, policy & Standards development ability

Ability to work in stressful situation

Additional Requirements

Training/knowledge in HR management tools like ERP, HRMIS, BSC, BPR, computer etc.

Experience in manufacturing, hospitality & construction is advantageous

Work place: Addis Ababa

Position 3: – Executive Secretary

Minimum Qualification: MA/BA/Diploma in secretarial science & office management or related fields

Minimum Work Experience: 4/6/8 years

Required Personality Traits

Ability in communication

Ability to work in stressful situation

Additional Requirements

Training in office tools like MS office, ERP, FMIS etc.

Work place: Addis Ababa

Position 4: – Corporate Finance & Investment Director

Minimum Qualification: MA/BA in accounting  and finance or related fields

Minimum Work Experience : 8/10 years out of which 3/4 years in managerial position

Required Personality Traits

Decision making ability

System , policy & Standards development ability

Ability to work in stressful situation

Additional Requirements

Training/knowledge in finance & management tools like ERP,FMIS ,IFRS & computer

Experience in construction, hospitality, manufacturing is advantageous.
