The Bank was registered and licensed by the National Bank of Ethiopia on 27 June 2009 with a paid up capital of Birr 95.7 Million divided in to shares of Birr 1,000 and an authorized capital of Birr 300 Million.

Position 1: Junior Underwriting Officer
Minimum Educational Qualification Required: BA/BSC Degree in Statistics, Mathematics & Engineering and related.
Minimum Work Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience on teaching
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 2: Senior Anti-Corruption Officer
Minimum Educational Qualification Required: Accounting, Management, Business & Economics or related fields.
Minimum Work Experience Required: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, of which 2 years as anti-corruption officer.
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 3: Manager, HR Division
Minimum Educational Qualification Required: BA/MA/MBA Degree in Management, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related fields from a recognized University or College.
Minimum Work Experience Required: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience out of which, at least 3 years at senior position
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 4: Manager, Life Insurance Department
Minimum Educational Qualification Required: Minimum of first degree from recognized higher learning institution and preferably have diploma in insurance from the chartered insurance institute (CII) or Life office Management Association (LOMA).
Minimum Work Experience Required: Minimum of 11 years of Insurance experience out of which 3 years as managerial level
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 5: Manager, Legal Department
Minimum Educational Qualification Required: LLB/LLM in Business law/Corporate law
Work Experience: Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience , of which 4 years at managerial level
Place of Work: Head Office
