Bilal Microfinance Institution S.C would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: General Accounts Senior Officer
EDUCATION/TRAINING
B.A. degree in Accounting or equivalent education and work experience.
EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience preferably in Microfinance or bank.
TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS
Good planning, organizational, analytical and decision making skills;
Well organized and ability to act in a professional and ethical manner;
Good skills in the use of computers;
Good communication and presentation skills.
Position 2: Human Resource Senior Officer
EDUCATION/TRAINING
BA degree in Management or related.
EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience preferably in microfinance/bank
TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS
Integrated knowledge and understanding of human resources concepts, practices, systems, and procedures;
Core banking knowledge/Peachtree accounting
Ability to interact and deal with people;
Excellent planning, organizational, analytical and decision making skills;
Firm belief in teamwork and gender equality;
Basic computer skills;
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Position 3: Senior Saving and Financing Officer
EDUCATION/TRAINING
B.A. degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS
Ability to provide leadership, communicate effectively, and promote a team approach to enhance staff commitment to successfully implement the Institution’s Strategic Plan;
Interest free banking and basic Sheriah knowledge
Demonstrated technical and managerial ability, sound judgment, ability to interact and work effectively with others at all levels;
Good conceptual understanding of participatory approach and sustainable development;
Firm belief in teamwork and gender equality;
Basic computer skills and excellent written and oral communication skills.
Position 4: Senior Risk Management Officer
EDUCATION/TRAINING
B.A. degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS
Ability to provide leadership, communicate effectively, and promote a team approach to enhance staff commitment to successfully implement the Institution’s Strategic Plan;

A minimum of 2 years of experience.

Well organized and ability to act in a professional and ethical manner;
Good skills in the use of computers;
Communication and presentation skills.
Position 6: Facility Officer
EDUCATION/TRAINING
BA degree in Management or related or.
EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 1 years of experience.
TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS
Integrated knowledge and understanding of support services concepts, practices, systems, and procedures;
Ability to interact and deal with people;
Planning, organizational, analytical and decision making skills;
Basic computer skills;
Good written and oral communication skills.
Position 7: Director, Finance and Human Resource Department
Required Qualification:
Experience/Training
MBA/MA or B.A. degree in Accounting or equivalent education and work experience.
Experience
7/8 years of relevant experience, out of which 4 years in managerial position(s).
Competence:
Excellent knowledge about international banking policies of the bank as well as state
Interest free banking and Basics knowledge of Shariah
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good writing skills
Excellent knowledge of accounting, finance and management
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good observation and analytical abilities
Willingness and ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people.
Position 8: Internal Audit Service Head
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Experience/Training
MA/B.A. Degree in Accounting
Experiences
6/7 years of experience in internal auditing, of which 4 years on supervisory position.
Technical Skills
Interest free banking and Basics knowledge of Shariah
Strong organizational skills and ability to coach staff in prioritizing workload whilst maintaining a high standard of work;
Fluency in English language and written communication;
Demonstrated technical and managerial ability, sound judgment, ability to work effectively with others at all levels;
Computer skills.
Position 9: Director, IT and Marketing Department
Required Qualification:
Experience/Training
MSc/BSc Degree in Computer Science/ Information Science or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Experiences
A minimum of 7/8 years of relevant experience.
Technical and Other Skills:
LAN administration experience.
Core banking
Interest free banking and Basics knowledge of Shariah
Proficiency in Computer applications.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Able to work in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills and ability to coach staff.
