Qualifications
Required:
- BA degree in Management or Business Administration
- Minimum of 4 Years Relevant experience with the first degree and 3 years of relevant experience plus post graduate degree of similar job experience.
- Knowledgeable about Ethiopian labor laws and the regional administration labor laws s/he is working in
- Excellent planning, organizational, analytical and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated technical and managerial ability, sound judgment, ability to interact and work effectively with others at all levels
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven language proficiency in written and spoken English
