Position 1: HR and Administrative manager
Job Summary
Ensure that the HR department delivers best practice in personnel management, a quality HR service is delivered effectively and HR practices are legally compliant and that the organization is protected.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Annually reviews and makes recommendations to executive management for improvement of the organization’s policies, procedures and practices on personnel matters
- Maintains responsibility for organization compliance with local legislation pertaining to all human resource matters.
- Ensure that professional and consistent recruitment practices are managed in a way that attracts and retains the highest caliber of candidates
- Ensure that staff are well managed and retain high performers by careful planning, performance management, monitoring of contract end dates and potential gaps/development opportunities
- Coordinates or conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
- Consults with legal counsel as appropriate, or as directed by the Managing Director, on personnel matters.
- Monitor and ensure that the performance management mechanisms are effective
- Recommends, evaluates and participates in staff development for the organization
- Develops and maintains a human resource information system that meets the organization’s personnel information needs.
- Lead the staff of the human resource department.
- Ensure that the HR operations are legally compliant with Ethiopian labor proclamations

Position 3: Accountant
Duties and Responsibilities
- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts
- Verify the correctness of payment orders and prepare documents necessary for disbursement
- Reconcile and check the correctness of petty cash payments before approval for replenishment.
- Makes sure all advance payments are properly registered and follow up on the balance settlement in time
- Register all daily account transactions on the proper register book.
- Post daily accounting transactions.
- Prepare the list of unsettled payments and present to immediate supervisors.
- Reconcile insurance claims against the insurance claims register.
- Prepare tax payable and other payments on a monthly and quarterly basis and make sure they are paid on time.
- Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and integrity of financial data
- Make certain all financial reporting deadlines are met
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close processes
- Monitor and support taxation requirements
- Prepare for financial audit and coordinate the audit process
- Oversee accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
- Prepare periodic financial statements
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

- Experience in closing accounts and undergoing an audit is a benefit
- Proven skills and knowledge in Accounting Information System Software
- Excellent interpersonal skills – builds good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Good organizing and planning skills
- Ability to manage a complex and demanding workload with flexible behavior
Position 4: Senior Nurse
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following
- Monitors and coordinates the daily patient care activities of the clinic; schedules staff and patients to ensure full coverage of patient care needs at all times and to ensure effective patient services.
- Provides triage advice and guidance to physicians and staff referring patients to the clinic; oversees and monitors patient evaluation and treatment decisions.
- Supervises the work of employees in supporting roles.
- Participates in program development and in the development and implementation of operating policy and procedure.
- Oversees and provides direct nursing evaluation and/or other related care and consultation to patients as required.
- Coordinates services with other patient care institutions as required; maintains communication with allied services and maintains community liaison as appropriate.
- Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.

Minimum Job Requirements:
Nursing Degree with a minimum of five years relevant clinical experience, with at least two years in a supervisory role and a valid license to practice nursing in Ethiopia.

- Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively work with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community.
- Knowledge of patient evaluation and triage procedures.
- Knowledge of accreditation and certification requirements and standards.
- Ability to provide direct evaluation and consultation to patients.
- Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures.
- Ability to supervise and train staff, including organizing and prioritizing.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Advanced nursing skills in the area of specialty.
Position 5: Receptionist
DUTIES/TASKS
- Receives and handles clients/visitors, provides appropriate information to inquiries and arranges appointments,
- Collects all clinic income with the clinic’s legal receipts,
- Maintains adequate security measures for the safe keep of cash and documents in her possession,
- Prepares, tabulates, and submits monthly clients’ statistical data and income statements,
- Maintains all clients’ cards and records following standard rules and procedures of records control and filing system and ensures that they are up-to-date, orderly, properly filed, and readily retrievable for reference and inspection.
- Handles all communications including making telephone calls and ensuring the receipt of messages.
- Handles petty-cash fund, the amount of which shall be stipulated by the organization’s financial policy, for payment of the clinic’s small expenses, maintains appropriate and adequate records of transactions effected.
- Manage the online booking system

Work Experience:
