Minimum 3 (three) years relevant work experience in Preparing highway working drawings and at least worked on 3 projects.
Familiar with the Work standard of Ethiopia
Being able to use Microsoft Office, AutoCad, Mx-Road, and AutoCAD Civil 3D software is necessary.
Must have 3(three) years experience in the working Drawing of DC-5 and at least worked on 3 projects.

Responsibilities of Secretary:

Answering calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence
Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
Typing, preparing, and collating reports.
Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
Managing databases
Prioritizing workloads
Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
