CONSOL is currently leading provider of: ERP System for Construction®, BIM Implementation Consultancy, Training & Professional Certification, Web-based Construction Project Management Systems, PMI PMP® Training and Certification Services.
Construction Solutions PLC would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: Associate Consultant
Salary: Negotiable
Term of employment: Permanent
Qualification:
PhD/Masters Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, Economics, Computer Science
Professional Certification such as PMP, Prince2 is an advantage
Work Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 Years of Experience in Consultancy Project Management, or bid preparation, preferably in the Construction Sector.
Required Skills:
Excellent Report Writing Skills in English and Amharic
Ability to mobilize, lead and work with different groups
Presentation and Report Writing Skills.

Position 2: Marketing Associate
Qualification:
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Architecture or related field of study
Work Experience:
2-4 Years of Experience in Marketing, Sales, Advertising or related field Recent graduates with relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply
Required Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create engaging marketing content.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing software, and content management systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Position 3: Project Management Consultant
Qualification:
PhD/MSc/MBA Degree in Business Management, Project Management, Construction Management or related field
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) Additional certifications in OPM3 or PMO management are a plus
Work Experience:
Proven Experience in Managing Multiple Projects
Experience in delivering Project Management training programs and
Experience in assessing and improving Organizational Project Management Maturity (OPM3) & Experience in consulting on PMO setup and optimization is a plus.
Required Skills
In-depth knowledge of Project Management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Proven experience implementing PMI processes and tools in real-world projects.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
Ability to guide clients through change management and process improvements effectively

Position 4: BIM Implementation Consultant & Trainer
Qualification:
Masters or Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Relevant Training with Autodesk Certificate of Participation such as (Revit Architecture, Revit Structure, Revit MEP, NavisWorks, BIM 360, etc.).
Professional certifications such as Autodesk Professional Certification, BIM (e.g., BIM Manager, BIM Coordinator) or Project Management (e.g., PMP) will be advantageous.
Proven experience in using BIM in real-world projects, particularly in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC)
Experience with major BIM tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, or other industry-standard BIM software.
Familiarity with BIM processes and standards (e.g., ISO 19650, PAS 1192).
Experience in delivering training or instructional content, Engineering Software related topics is a plus
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex BIM concepts to a non-technical audience.
Comfortable working with clients and team members to provide technical support and guidance.
Ability to work on multiple BIM-related projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Basic project management skills and an understanding of BIM project workflows.
Willing to stay up-to-date with the latest BIM trends, software updates, and industry best practices.
Duty station: Addis Ababa
