Position 1: – IT Support Officer at Mekelle District Office
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BSc/MSc Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Software Engineering or Information Systems or Information Technology field of studies.
Work Experience: 3 (Three) years of relevant IT related. Experience in large organizations like Bank, NGO, Techno Organizations and the like is preferable.
Required Competencies
- Familiarity with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices.
- Understanding operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), business software (e.g., Microsoft Office), and specialized applications.
- Basic knowledge of network configurations, protocols, and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Skills in diagnosing and repairing system errors, conducting updates, and ensuring optimal performance.
- Understanding security protocols, firewalls, antivirus software, and data protection measures.
- Familiarity with IT service management processes like incident, problem, and change management.
- Good understanding relevant data protection and privacy laws, such as GDPR

Position 2: – HR Business Partner
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA or MA/MSc Degree in Management, Public Administration, Human Resource Management or related Business fields.
Experience: 7 (Seven) years of relevant experience out which minimum of two years as HR Manager or HR Supervisor or HR Specialist or HR Expert or HR Generalist.

- HR Analytics and Data Interpretation;

Position 3: – Branch Manager I
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA or MA/MSc Degree in Accounting and Finance, Economics, Management, Business Management and other related fields.
Experience: 6 (six) years of relevant banking experience out which minimum of one years and above as Manager-Operation Management or Business Operation Support or Customer Service Manager or Manager-Customer Relationship Management or Manager-Service Marketing and Digital Banking or other related managerial and supervisory positions.
Required Competencies
- Familiarity with retail banking products such as savings and current accounts, loans, mortgages, credit cards, wealth management products, insurance, etc.
- Knowledge of risk assessment frameworks and techniques, particularly credit, operational, and reputational risks.
- Awareness of local and international banking laws (e.g., AML, KYC, FATCA) and the ability to implement compliance programs at the branch level.
- Proficiency with CRM tools to track customer interactions, manage leads, and optimize service delivery.
- Capacity to develop sales strategies, set targets for the branch, and coach staff on cross-selling and upselling financial products.
- Knowledge of daily branch operations, including cash management, ATM operations, vault management, and security protocols.
- Familiarity with core banking systems, financial management software, and other branch management tools.
- Experience in managing and motivating a diverse team, handling performance issues, and developing a positive workplace culture.
- Ability to address employee or customer conflicts effectively while maintaining a positive branch environment.
