Position 1: – Senior Property Management Officer
Essential Function
- Analyses the existing property management systems and validates periodically to be on the right track on property management;
- Initiates and collaborates with the Division Manager on having appropriate policies and procedures of property management;
- Plans, organizes, coordinates and directs property management systems of the Bank;
- Designs appropriate systems of property management and implements properly;
- Enables (continually coaches and trains) the relevant own staff to properly handle the daily routines in property management;
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
BA/MBA/MA in Purchasing and Supplies, Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Management, Any other related fields with 5.5/3.5 years of experience in relevant fields, preferably in banking industry, of which at least 2 years as a relevant officer position.
Place of Work: – Head Office
Position 2: – VAN Teller
Essential Function
- Submit the assignment memo to the cashier of the branch,
- Ascertain the correctness of the notes to be collected by counting and verify wrapped notes bundle,
- Collect the cash from branches,
- Deliver cash to branches,
- Check the equality of notes against the claim,
- Sign on appropriate document for the handover of the cash notes,
- Hand over the cash to the chief cashier of the branch,
- Receive unsorted notes collected from branches,
- Carries out other duties as required.
Job Requirement:
Diploma/10+3/10+4 in Accounting, Accounting & finance, Banking & Insurance, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or other related fields with 6 years of experience in banking operation.
Place of Work: – Head Office
Position 3: – Sorting Teller
Essential Function
- Receive unsorted notes collected from branches,
- Check if each break of note contains 10 boundless,
- Check if each bundle of note contain 100 leaves of notes,
- Sorts out notes by segregating good and deteriorated notes,
- Ascertain the correctness of counting and verification of wrapped notes by putting initial in each bundle,
- Carries out other duties as required.
Job Requirement:
Diploma/10+3/10+4 in Accounting, Accounting & finance, Banking & Insurance, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or other related fields with 4 years of experience in banking operation.
Place of Work: – Head Office
Position 4: – Junior Business Research Management Officer
Essential Function
- Make assessment of market opportunities and target markets;
- Gather data on competitors and analyses their method of operation and business development practices and submits recommendation to the supervisor;
- Conducts and reviews branch feasibility studies, based on outcome proposes expansion programs;
- Carries out periodic branch grading studies;
- Prepares economic research related to banking and finance when necessary;
- Gathers and maintains statistical data on the banking industry;
- Analyses data in customer complaints, studies and investigates causes and present findings with recommendations;
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirement:
Graduates of years 2022 & 2023 G.C with BA in Marketing and Communication, Business Administration, Management, Any other related fields with minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
Work Experience:
0 (Zero Experience)
No prior experience is required.
Age ≤ 25
Exit Exam is required for 2023 G.C fresh graduates

Position 5: District Credit Analyst Officer (Re-Advertise)
Essential Function:
- Remains primarily responsible and accountable for the overall performance of the Branch,
- Check the files received from Branches and ensure all relevant documents are attached in the file,
- Inform applicants the documents required for loan processing(if the applicant approach directly CMD)
- Check the applicant’s request is within the credit policy and procedure of the Bank,
- Check the applicant’s relationship with the Bank,
- Ensure all analysis report is finalized within the set loan processing time,
- Solicit ideas and suggestions from customers to develop new credit products,
- Suggest solutions if there is any bottle neck in the credit policy and procedure,
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirement:
BA in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Management Information Systems and any other related fields with 3.5 years of experience in banking operation, of which at least 1 year as relevant officer position.
Place of Work: – East Addis Ababa & West Addis Ababa District Offices
Position 6: Communication Officer
Essential Function:
- Preparing, planning and projecting managing the publication of all publicity material to maximize brand promotion,
- Creating marketing campaigns, ads for TV and radio,
- Work closely with the company’s external production Agent, Marketing and Advertising Company to ensure execution of activities,
- Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to existing customers,
- Contributing to the annual sales and marketing planning,
- Planning and project managing marketing events,
- Evaluates marketing events success and present reports in written to the department director,
- Undertake other related activities assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirement:
BA in Marketing and communication, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Any other related fields with 3.5 years of experience in relevant fields, preferably in banking industry, of which at least 1 year as a relevant officer position.

Position 7: Senior Planning, Monitoring And Evaluation Officer
Essential Function:
- Conduct activities in regard to preparation of strategic plan of the Bank;
- Participate in preparation of strategic plan management of the Bank;
- Performs the annual planning activities of the division and as well as the Bank;
- Follow up and see the profitability and growth rate of the Bank;
- Prepares and consolidate periodic monthly, quarterly and annually performance reports;
- Conducts studies to assess the Bank’s performance and advise department regarding results of studies;
- Performs planning, monitoring and evaluation report of the Bank in an orderly and timely manner, to the required quality ,in line with plans and corporate requirements;
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
