Oromia Bank invites qualified and competent applicants for the following positions:

Position 1: Corporate Business – Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Qualification:

First Degree in Management/ Economics/ Business Administration/ Marketing Management Accounting or any related field of study with 6 years of relevant banking experience.

Workplace: Head Office (Corporate Banking Department)

Position 2: Branch Manager I (for IFB-Branch)

Qualification:
BA degree in Accounting/ Management/Business Administration/ Economics or related field of study with 6 years direct banking experience.

Knowledge of Sharia Principle and other IFB operations is mandatory.
Having experience on managerial position is advantageous.

Workplace: Dessie District (Chafa Robit town, Mina Branch)

Position 3: Branch Manager I

Qualification:
BA degree in Accounting / Management/ Business Administration / Economics or related field of study with 6 years direct banking experience while having experience on managerial position is advantageous.

Workplace: Nekemte District (Mizan Aman Branch)

Position 4: Deputy Security Manager

Qualification:
First Degree in Police Science/Military Science/Management or related field of study with Commander or equivalent Rank and 4 years of relevant experience while managerial experience is advantageous.
Having military or police training is mandatory.
Proficiency in Afaan Oromo, Amharic and English languages is also required.

Workplace: Head Office (HRO Directorate)

Position 5: Senior Electrical Engineer

Qualification:
BSC degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer Engineering/ Hardware Engineering or related field of study with 4 years of experience. Relevant professional certification is preferred.

Individual Competency [Action oriented, Interpersonal skill and Problem solving] & Technical Competency [design and implementation of DC and DR facilities and electro mechanical systems installation of IT infrastructure ]

Workplace: Head Office (IT Systems Operation Directorate)

Position 6: Auditor

Qualification:
First Degree in Accounting/ Management/ Business Administration / Economics or related field of study with 4 years of relevant banking experience.

Core Competencies [Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, Integrity and Trust, Customer Focus], Individual Competency [Action oriented, Interpersonal skill and Problem solving] and Technical Competencies [Knowledge of risk assessments and customizing audit solutions, preparing an audit work plan, assessing the level of audit risk, applicable financial reporting & auditing standards, and national regulatory frameworks]

Workplace: Head Office (Internal Audit Department)

Position 7: District Auditor

Qualification:
First Degree in Accounting/ Management/Business Administration / Economics or related field of study with 4 years of relevant banking experience.

Workplace: Adama District Office

Position 8: District Auditor (Re-advertised)

Qualification:
First Degree in Accounting/ Management/Business Administration / Economics or related field of study with 4 years of relevant banking experience.
