Position 1: Office Assistant & reception
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet visitors, determine their needs, and provide appropriate assistance.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Assisting with scheduling and coordinating appointments
- Receive and sort Calls, SMS, mail, and deliveries, and distribute them to the appropriate staff member.
- Provide administrative support such as Secretarial Service, filing, copying, and data entry.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Update phone directories and personnel lists as necessary.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and special tasks as assigned.
- Preparing and distributing internal and external correspondence
- Maintaining accurate records and files
- Performing other duties as assigned by management
Job Type: – Full-time
Qualifications:
TVET Level 4 or BA degree in Secretarial Science and office management, Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
Work Experience: 2+ in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A friendly and positive demeanor towards all visitors and callers
Workplace: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Senior Sales and Marketing officer
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets
- Manage relationships with key customers and partners to increase sales and build long-term partnerships
- Lead sales and marketing teams to promote and advertise the TV station and drive revenue growth.
- Analyze customer feedback and trends to drive marketing and Program strategies.
- Create and maintain a strong brand identity by developing effective marketing campaigns
- Identify new markets and customer segments to add values for the company benefit
- Analyze sales and marketing data to create performance reports and identify opportunities for improvement
- Coach and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve their goals and provide excellent customer service
- Develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and increase market share
- Work closely with other departments such as editorial team, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing.
Job Type: Full-time
Requirements:
- BA/MA in Marketing, Business Management or related field.
- 5 + years of experience in sales and marketing
- Demonstrated experience in driving revenue growth in a TV station or similar media industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive sales and marketing initiatives.
Workplace: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Entertainment Program Executive Producer
Responsibilities:-
- Develop and produce engaging entertainment contents.
- Write scripts and supervise the overall production of the content from pre-production to post-production stages.
- Work closely with the camera crew, Video Editors, and with all the team and other personnel to achieve the desired look and feel of each segment
- Ensure that all content adheres to the requirements and standards set by our station’s Editorial policies and procedures
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Stay up-to-date with media industry trends and best practices to continually improve the quality of our programming
- Other duties as assigned by management
Job Type: Full-time
Qualifications:
- BA, MA in Communications and journalism, Language and Literature and related field.
- 8+ years of experience as an Entertainment Program Producer or similar role in the Media industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet deadline and manage multiple program projects simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and positive attitude in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Understand Audio/ Video editing is needed.
