Fortune Alliance Trading would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: Accountant
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role, with at least 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience with financial statement preparation, analysis, and reporting.
- Knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including experience with tax preparation and filing.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and other financial software is a plus.
Position 2: Real Estate Field Sales Agent
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as real estate sales agent
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Strong customer service skills
Position 3: Real Estate Sales consultant
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as real estate sales agent
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Strong customer service skills
Position 4: Real Estate Sales Supervisor
Qualification:
- 4+ years of experience in real estate sales or a related field and of which 2 years as supervisor
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to train and coach others
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Position 5: In-House Architect
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Sex- Female
• 1- 2 years proven experience as an architect, preferably with experience in residential or commercial real estate.
• Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit, to create 2D/3D floor plans and renderings.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, design concepts, and construction techniques.
• Excellent visual communication skills with the ability to transform ideas into compelling architectural visuals and marketing materials.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in creating architectural representations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with the sales team, external stakeholders, and clients.
• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and customer preferences is desirable.
Position 6: Digital Marketing Expert
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Expert or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in utilizing digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, marketing automation software, and SEO tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, technologies, and industry developments.
