Position 1: Agriculture Supervisor
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise a wide range of farm operations including cultivation, sowing, spraying, and harvesting,
Ensures deadlines are met for activities,
Confers with managers to coordinate activities with other farm units,
Organizes transportation for raw material & harvested crops,
Inspect farm buildings and equipment, ensuring routine maintenance is carried out and repairs are made when necessary,
Installation, maintenance, and regular monitoring of irrigation system,
Ensure and enforce compliance with government regulations and health and safety standards,
Trains workers in methods of field work and safety regulations, and briefs them on identifying characteristic of insects and diseases,
Inspects crops and fields to determine maturity, yield, infestation, or work requirements, such as cultivating, spraying, weeding, or harvesting.
Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor
Job Requirements
Qualification and Skills
BSc or MSc Agricultural Engineering or Horticulture or Plant science or Agronomy or related field of studies.
Experience:
6 years for BSc
4 years for MSc

Position 2: Senior Banking Expert in credit
Responsibility
Under close supervision of the director,
Conducts business plans for financing,
Analyze the financial cost implication of all borrowings,
Follow all credit request status in the banks till approval and disbursement,
Liaison with respective loan officers/CRMs of all banks,
Follow up all credit facilities with all banks,
Maintain proper loan contract and copies of collateral insurance policy files,
Follow and make sure all loan repayments are being discharged per the contract,
Ensure all collaterals are estimated,
Ensure all collaterals have proper insurance cover and cover policy is renewed on time,
Hold all copies of collateralized Land holding certificate and Libras of vehicles and machineries
Conduct post disbursement follow-ups;
Follows up the timely collection of loan contractual agreements for subsequent filling, and other related activities as instructed by his director.

Experience
5 years as relevant experience in banking business special exposure in credit and trade finance position

Sales Officer Responsibilities:
Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
Answering customers’ questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
Informing product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.
Preparing cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.
Analyzing competitors’ products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.

Qualification

At least 3 years of work experience as Sales officer.

Position 4: Sales Officer For Addis Abba
Responsibility
Follow and guide the daily sales transaction of the company
Make sure that each sales transaction complies with the company’s sales policy.
Prepare monthly activity plan and act up on it when approved.
Follow up the sales team daily activity, distributes task to all sales team and measure their daily accomplishment.
Make regular market visit, asses the demand gap in the market, gather information about competitor’s product design, pricing and related marketing activities.
Follow up and execute customers advance payments and collectables.
Make sure that daily sale activities are backed with proper invoice and bank deposit slip.
Prepare weekly performance & activity report.
Prepare proper customer data base to identify companies customer base and market share.
Distribute price list and quota to the sales team and Control daily sales is done accordingly.
Make market visit to up-country shops and evaluate the company’s market share area coverage.
Follow sales man’s departure & arrival time.
Evaluate agent’s performance based on their target.
Make proper preparation, documentation and offer support to the sales team to help the muse their time effectively & efficiently.
Use companies assets and equipment in responsible manner.
Other activities assigned by the Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Requirements
Qualification/skills
BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration or Business Management from recognized University
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in related business respectively
Having good interpersonal communication skills, capable of working in team and knowledge of the existing business environment
