Komari, a leading beverage company specializing in Arada, a popular hard seltzer, is seeking a skilled and insightful Trade Market Research Analyst to join our dynamic market research team. As a Trade Market Research Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding market trends, customer satisfaction levels, and our product’s market share. Your findings will directly contribute to our strategic planning and decision-making processes, enabling Komari to maintain its competitive edge and navigate through market challenges efficiently.

Komari Beverage would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.

Position 1: Trade Market Research Analyst

Conduct Customer Satisfaction and Market Share Surveys

  Design and execute comprehensive surveys to assess customer satisfaction levels and determine our product’s market share.

 Utilize various methodologies, including online surveys, face-to-face interviews, and focus groups, to gather actionable insights.

 Analyze survey data to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement.

 Develop Reports, Presentations, and Dashboards:

Compile and analyze data to create detailed reports highlighting findings, recommendations, and the impact of trade marketing activations.

 Design and maintain dynamic dashboards that provide real-time insights into market trends, customer satisfaction metrics, market share statistics, and the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

 Prepare engaging and informative presentations tailored to various audiences within the organization, including executive leadership, sales teams, marketing departments, and trade marketing teams.

Present Findings and Answer Questions Clearly and Concisely:

Clearly articulate the implications of research findings to stakeholders through formal presentations and informal discussions.

 Respond to queries from team members and management, providing detailed explanations and evidence-backed responses.

Facilitate decision-making by offering data-driven insights and recommendations.

Support to Trade Marketing Team:

  Collaborate closely with the trade marketing team to understand their research needs, focusing on the evaluation of promotional strategies and activations.

Measure the impact of trade marketing activations on sales performance, brand visibility, and customer engagement.

 Provide insights and recommendations to optimize trade marketing strategies and campaigns.

Job Requirements

Education:

 Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

3 -5 years of Proven experience in market research or a similar analytical role, preferably within the beverage industry or FMCG sector.

Skills:

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, SAS) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable manner.

  Detail-oriented with a knack for identifying trends and insights in large datasets.

 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

 Highly organized and systematic in work

Team-oriented, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Position 2: Sales System Analyst & Trainer

Ensure the Sales Tracking System Running Smoothly:

Monitor the sales tracking system’s performance, ensuring high availability and reliability for the sales team.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the system, working closely with IT and software vendors as necessary.

Offer Interactive Training Workshops and Technical Support:

Develop and conduct interactive training workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions tailored to different skill levels within the sales team to ensure full mastery of the sales system.

Provide ongoing technical support to the sales team, addressing any questions or challenges they face in using the sales system effectively.

Analyze User Needs and Propose New Features for the System:

Gather feedback and analyze the needs of the sales team regarding system functionality and performance.

Collaborate with IT and system developers to design and implement new features that enhance productivity, user experience, and sales outcomes.

Perform Data Quality Checks Daily:

Conduct daily data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of sales data within the system.

Identify, investigate, and correct discrepancies or errors in the sales data, working closely with the sales team to rectify any underlying issues.

Job Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience:

3 – 5 Years of Proven experience as a Sales System Analyst, Business Analyst, or a similar role, preferably within the beverage industry or FMCG sector.

Skills:

 Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems.

 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Ability to conduct effective training sessions and communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working collaboratively across departments.

Position 3: Finance Controller

Job Description

A Financial Controller is a senior-level manager who directs and plans the preparation of reports that summarize and forecast business activities and financial positions in areas of income, expenses and earnings based on past, present and expected operations. Sometimes called the “company historian,” Financial Controllers run the accounting function and are responsible for the company’s books and records.

Manage all accounting operations including, A/R, A/P, GL and, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition.

In collaboration with the financial planning and budget manager, coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.

Supervision of team and assist with training of the team.

Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements and relevant report

Research technical accounting issues for compliance

Support month-end and year-end close process

Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting

Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings

Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting as per the country law.

Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

Ensure that an organization meets the necessary tax, permit and licensing requirements

Oversee all company accounts and investments

Approval of journals, ensure all month end journals are recorded

Suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems, including payroll and invoicing.

Provide training to employees and ensure succession planning is in place.

Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.

Supervise and manage financial department staff, including accountants and financial assistants

Undertake any additional duties as may be given by CFO.

Job Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or related field

MA is an added advantage

 ACCA Certified is preferred

Experience:

 A minimum of 8-10 years’ of working experience in a financial accounting role in FMCG or other related.

Minimum 3-5 years finance team management experience in FMCG.
