Position 1: Executive Assistant
Objectives of this role:
• Support the manager primarily and provide additional support to executive team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently
• Maintain and refine internal processes that support high-ranking executives companywide, and coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflows
• Perform support duties to the sales & marketing team
• Manage communication with employees by liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks
• Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that managers’ priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld
Responsibilities:
• Manage professional and personal scheduling for deputy manager, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics
• Manage executives’ travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation etc.
• Provide administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of filing system and contacts database
• Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
• Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site
Job Requirements

Position 2: Marketing Manager
Objectives of this role
Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
Partner with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics
Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing comprehensive multi-channel marketing plan for the company.
• Managing traditional marketing campaigns (print, direct mail, customer communications) to deliver competitive ROI.
• Developing and overseeing content creation for Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, blog and any other relevant online channels.
• Briefing stakeholders on marketing materials production (PR, Media, Advertising) and updating on progress.
• Supporting sales team with developing marketing materials.
• Monitoring market trends, researching consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
• A minimum of seven years’ experience is required, with three years’ experience in the real estate sector is preferable.
• Happy to work on your own initiative and take full responsibility for aspects of a project.
• High-level creative thinking and design capabilities – while keeping an eye on budgets and business guidelines/policies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable working with a range of levels and teams.
• Proficiency in turning projects around with tight timeframes and deadlines.
• Excellent planning and organization skills and be confident with budgeting and project management.
• Strong analytical, visualization and reporting skills.
Preferred qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business or a similar discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, project management tools marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.
• Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production etc.

Position 3: Human Resource Assistant
Job Description
A Human Resources (HR) Assistant is a professional who is responsible for the daily administrative and HR duties of an organization. The ideal candidates are those who have Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economy, or related degrees to HR functions, with two years of experience and highly computer literate person.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Experienced in recruitment and selection candidates
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads to relevant channels, identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update database
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Department
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Knowledge of payroll& Monthly attendance preparation
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Manage and update employee database
- Implementing, and evaluating all human resource department policies, procedures and structures.
