Professional Alliance for Development, Padet, a local non-governmental organization established in 1998, provides a safe haven for children, youth and women.

PADet is operational in five administrative regions that include Addis Ababa, Amhara, Benishangul, Oromia, Afar, it implements 11 projects in 26 districts with a total portfolio of Birr 35 million for 2020 aimed at addressing 187,964 target beneficiaries directly (50% female).

Job Title One: Cashier Secretary
Grade level: II
Location: field office – Dessie
Report to: Accountant
Number of staff required: one
Education – Diploma/BA degree in accounting
Experience – two-year experience; NGOs experience is preferable
Good communication skill,
Literacy in Computer like MS-Word, Excel and Access
Knowledge of local language & working procedure Grade level: II

Qualification & Experience – BA/BSC in communication, health sciences/public health, social sciences and related fields with 3 years relevant experience
Computer proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel and other spreadsheet tools;
Good report writing and communication skills
Good interpersonal skills

Education & experience – BA in Accounting with 3 years relevant experience
Preferably in the NGO context

IPSAS implementation skill
Good report writing and communication skills
Good interpersonal skills

Location: South Wollo – in 8 intervention woredas
No of staff required: Eight (8)
Education & experience – BA/BSC in the health and social sciences with 3 years’ experience in relevant field in Computer proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Good communication skills and report writing
Commitment to work in hardship settings
NGO experience is advantageous

Good leadership and coordination skills
Good report writing and communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
NGO experience is advantageous
