Position 1: Marketing Officer
Marketing Officer Responsibilities:
- Managing and developing marketing campaigns.
- Researching and analyzing data to identify and define audiences.
- Conducting promotional activities.
- Organizing and distributing financial and statistical information.
- Overseeing campaigns on social media.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Reporting on trends and statistics across all digital media platforms.
- Contribute to the execution of marketing and annual sales plan.
- Assist the Marketing department’s activities, including preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
- Attend and participate in marketing operations or events to increase brand awareness.
- Establish and implement advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on various media (social, print, etc.).
- Help develop customer research databases.
- Recognize, study, and assess market patterns, competitor offerings and demographics to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
- Use research conclusions and analysis to determine the overall direction on upcoming marketing projects, new services or products and the overall strategy.
- Closely work with product development team and finance to determine the viability of prospective markets before the product production process.
- Develop and communicate through the company’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Bring potential clients for Advertising and increase profitability of the KDM (Kinetic Dawn Multimedia)
- Follow up business agreements and accomplish task with stakeholder
- Organizing events and Prepare budgets.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related.
- 5 years proven work experience in marketing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Solid knowledge of market research techniques.
- Thorough knowledge of social media and web analytics.
- Solid understanding of research techniques.
Position 2: Safety Officer
Job Requirement:
Education: Diploma in health and safety-related courses
Experience:- 3 years of experience as related position
- Identify and assess hazards, risks and control measures for a specific operation or process.
- Assess and document hazards, risks and controls in a manner consistent with established procedures and practices.
- Set up and supervising temporary work areas
- Set up and supervising temporary work areas.
- Supervise the safe handling, storage & disposal of hazardous materials.
- Supervise the operation of any potential hazards in the workplace.
- Ensure that health, safety, and environmental policies are followed
Position 3: Senior Expert in Planning and Analysis
Education:- MA Degree in economics, statistics, management, public management, social science or related field
Work Experience: – Minimum+5 years of experience as related position
Prepare strategic forecasts, quarterly financial forecast and annual budget
Provide supporting and evaluate business case
Support senior management team with analysis and ad-hoc reporting
Position 4: Furniture Factory Manager
Education: – MA Degree artitchure; furniture technology; computer graphics or related field
Work Experience: – Minimum+6 years of experience in related managerial position as related furniture factory additional skill AutoCAD, deigning, wood working, MS office
Position 5: Auto Mechanic
Education: – 10+4/10+3/10+2 in automotive technology, auto mechanic or related field
Work Experience: – Minimum+5 years of auto mechanic
Able to repair and follow up of all company vehicles service time and inspect, adjust, replace vehicle equipment, assemblies, sub-assemblies and brake system. valid driving license
Position 6: HR Manager
HR Manager Duties and responsibilities of the job:
As part of an executive management team, you will have close and key interactions with various members of the company, both senior and junior.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures
- Create a HR Manager implement effective onboarding plans
- Develop training and development programs
- Assist in performance management processes
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) in electronic and digital format according to policy and legal requirements
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
- Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
- Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
- Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
- Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
- Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
Requirements:
- BSc/BA in human resources, business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as HR Manager, administrator or other HR position
- Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficient in MS Office
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
