Position 1: Export Manager
Duties and Responsibility:
Develop and implement marketing strategies according to the objectives of the company.
Managing relationships with international clients, vendors, and business partners
Negotiating contracts with new vendors and clients as well as terminating contracts with existing clients or vendors when necessary
Coordinating freight shipments to ensure that they arrive on time and without damage
Establishing and managing relationships with freight carriers and other service providers to ensure smooth operations
Managing the inventory of goods held in storage facilities, including monitoring stock levels and ordering replacements when necessary
Preparing financial reports about sales activity, costs, and profit margins for international markets
Managing the supply chain process from procurement to shipment to customer delivery
Cooperating with other departments within the company to ensure that all international business operations run smoothly
Managing and developing the major accounts of the company in export markets and provide overall servicing of export customers.
Managing all logistics activities according to the customers’ needs and to keep pricing structure at the most competitive level.
Recommend appropriate policies regarding pricing, promotion, product and market evaluations and marketing plans.
Job Requirements
Qualification:
MA or BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, Supplies Chain Management or/and related field of studies from recognized university
Work Experience:
Minimum of 6(six) years of experience in managing the marketing and exporting activities
Career Level:
Middle Level (6+ Years’ experience)
Skills and behaviors:
Excellent Export knowledge with freight forwarding activities.
Ability to engage critical thinking and problem solving techniques.
Excellent communication skill in writing as well as orally in English
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain and develop new client relationships.
Strong leadership and managerial skills with a focus on details
Position 2: Co. Finance Manager
Duties and Responsibility:
Duties will include general ledger accounting, fortnightly payroll processing and reporting, monthly closing, financial analysis, cash flow monitoring, and monthly financial reports
Responsible to ensure that the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, advance accounts and fixed assets are reconciled monthly, and are in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and government auditing standards
Responsible for accounting and invoicing Counterpart’s subsidiaries and affiliates and Provide technical accounting guidance to the finance team
Review the Headquarters payroll and responsible payroll related statutory reporting
Ensures all client invoicing and collection, and payment of vendor invoices occurs on a timely basis
Responsible for the monthly corporate cash flow preparation and work with Controller on cash management matters;
Review and approves the prepayments, accruals, and other month-end transactions for the corporate finance team
Ensures monthly reconciliation of all accounting sub-systems, and conducts balance sheet analyses and reconciliations
Oversee the monthly corporate finance reconciliation of bank statements
Review the monthly investment schedule reconciliations
Assist the Controller in preparation of monthly internal financial statements and draft annual financial statements
Assist the Controller in month and year end closing – including indirect cost allocation and revenue recognition
Assists the Controller in preparation of information required for year-end closing, annual audit and statutory reporting
Assists in the preparation financial information, and other statutory reports
Assists the Controller in preparation of information required for ad hoc program audits
Other responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements
Qualification
MA or BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Accounting and Finance from recognized university
Work Experience:
At least six (6) years of relevant experience for MA or eight (8) years for BA, including at least three (3) years of managerial experience in similar organizations, is required for both.

Position 3: Construction Manager
Duties and Responsibility:
Plans, coordinates, organizes, oversees, and directs activities regarding the construction and maintenance of assigned structures, facilities, and systems.
Ensuring all resources and/or materials needed is available on site on time.
Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
Oversee all onsite and offsite construction to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
Supervises and selects each contractors and subcontractors to ensure that work meets quality standards and adheres to specifications.
Coordinate direct construction and evaluate workers and subcontractors.
Provides leadership in the initial planning stage by collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, or other involved parties; develops detailed description of jobs and materials necessary to complete a project.
Schedules and coordinates projects in logical steps and budgets the time necessary to meet each deadline.
Prepares and submits budget estimates and regularly communicates with clients concerning budget progress and costs.
Ensures safety standards and guidelines are followed on the jobsite and that all safety codes are met in construction.
Collaborates with clients, supervisory staff, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve problems, including work procedures, complaints, and construction or design issues.
On a daily basis, review and prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
Job Requirements
Qualification:
BSC Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Science, or other related fields.
Construction manager certification from a recognized university is advantageous
Work Experience:
A minimum of six (6) years of experience as a construction manager is required.
Career Level:
Middle Level (6+ Years’ experience)
Skills and behaviors
Familiarity with construction management software packages
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to plan and see the “big picture”, Leadership and human resources management skills and ability to make intelligent and quick decisions, working well under pressure.
