Position 1: Office Engineer

Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Office Engineer to join our team. As an Office Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting various engineering projects.


  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to provide administrative support for engineering projects.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and specifications.
  • Assist in budgeting and monitoring project expenses.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, site visits, and project inspections.
  • Provide technical support to the project team as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and files for all engineering projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Job Requirements


  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Office Engineer or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in using project management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of construction processes and engineering principles is preferred.

Workplace: Addis Ababa

Position 2: HR Personnel

Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced HR personnel to join our construction company. As the HR Personnel, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources activities within the organization, specifically within the construction industry.


  • Conducting recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Managing employee relations, including addressing employee concerns, and disciplinary actions.
  • Coordinating and conducting training and development programs for employees.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Assisting in performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance appraisals, and feedback.
  • Handling general HR administrative tasks

Job Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, minimum of 4 years’ experience in construction or real estate company.
  • Previous experience in human resources or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of human resources principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in using HR software and systems for managing employee data, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making abilities, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to effectively address employee issues and concerns.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in human resources.
  • Familiarity with talent acquisition and recruitment strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
