Qualification: From recognized university/college first degree in Management/ Business Administration/ Business Management/ Office Services Management/Banking and Insurance or other relevant field of study and 2 years related work experience

Tamrin International Trading would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.

Position 1: Insurance and Facility Management Officer I

Qualification: From recognized university/college first degree in Management/ Business Administration/ Business Management/ Office Services Management/Banking and Insurance or other relevant field of study and 2 years related work experience

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Senior Secretary I

Qualification:
From recognized college/TVET Level IV /10+3/ diploma in Secretarial Science and Office Management/ Office Administration & Secretarial Technology/Secretarial Science and 4 years related work experience.

Under the direct supervision of the DGM for Corporate Resource Management, the Senior Secretary I, is responsible for providing office assistance and performing secretarial duties to the respective office, typing letters, handling facsimile and email messages and submitting same for approval; scheduling appointments, taking minutes, receiving and transferring telephone calls.

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 3: Executive Secretary I

Qualification:
From recognized university/college first degree in Secretarial Science & Office Management/ Management and 4 years related work experience.

The Executive Secretary I, accountable to the General Manager is responsible for performing secretarial activities in the General Manager’s Office; rendering secretarial activities for staff services reporting to the General Manager, keeping records and maintaining files; taking minutes of meetings; receiving messages, scheduling appointments to visitors who want to see the General Manager; transmitting messages to concerned work units from the General Manager.

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 4: Senior Accountant I

Qualification: From recognized university/college second degree in Finance plus training in accounting software application and IFRS and 2 years related work experience

Or

From recognized university/college first degree in Accounting & Finance/ Accounting plus training in accounting software application and IFRS and 4 years related work experience

Under the supervision and control of the Head, General Accounts Division, the Senior General Accountant I, is responsible for keeping proper books of accounting and records to the best satisfaction of the generally accepted accounting principles, IFRS and other internal as well as external regulatory requirements; analysis of financial transactions, preparation of documents, maintenance of proper financial records as well as the collection, compilation and posting of accounting data; ensuring the accuracy and timely preparation of financial reports.

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 5: Senior HR Admin. Officer I

Qualification: From recognized university/college second degree in Management/ Business Administration/ Business Management/Human Resource Management/ Personnel Management/Public Administration or other relevant field of study and 2 years related work experience

Or

From recognized university/college first degree in Management/ Business Administration/ Business Management/Human Resource Management/ Personnel Management/Public Administration or other relevant field of study and 4 years related work experience

Under supervision and guidance of the Head, HR Admin. Divisionthe Senior HR Admin. Officer I, is responsible for performing major administrative duties as providing personnel administrative services on interviewing and testing applicants, wage and salary administration, recruitment, promotion, demotion, evaluation, transfers, resignation and employee benefits personnel affairs; providing advice and guidance to subordinates on personnel policies, procedures and regulations, counseling and assisting employees in solving difficulties associated with work performance.

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 6: Deputy General Manager-Operations

Qualification: Education and Experience:

Demonstrated experience in managing at least two of the core business segments (Automotive, Trade/Exports, or high-volume Logistics) is essential.

From recognized university second degree in Management/Business Administration/ Economics/ Marketing Management/Business Leadership/ Marketing and Sales Management/ International Trade/ Finance/ Accounting/ Automotive Engineering or other relevant field of study and 10 years related work experience, out of which 4 years in managerial position/s

Or

From recognized university/collage first degree in Management/Business Administration/ Economics/Marketing Management/Marketing and Sales Management/International Trade/ Finance/Accounting/ Accounting and Finance/Automotive Engineering or other relevant field of study and 12 years related work experience, out of which 5 years in managerial position/s.
