Position 1: Senior Accountant

Job Brief

Overseeing local financial management, including project-spending patterns against budget projections, preparation of financial reports, oversight of funds, and compliance with local laws and donor regulations and practices.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct account reconciliation regularly on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Analyze organization transactions, bank statements and generate invoices.
  • Prepare project budgets, financial forecasts, and tax reports.
  • Ensuring a steady cash flow by generating, auditing, and sending invoices in a timely manner.
  • Updating contracts according to client requirements and reporting associated budget amendments.
  • Manage Casher and other accountants.
  • Verify expense reimbursement with supporting documents, and ensure that they are in accordance with the policies and procedures.
  • Review payroll reports with supporting documents at the month end.
  • Follow up for the renewals of contracts expiring.
  • Preparation of bank reconciliation statement
  • Review General Ledger at month end and analyze expenses and major variations from the budget.
  • Preparing and posting adjustments and closing entries
  • Performs other related duties as needed.

Requirements and skills:

Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting clerk

Familiarity with finance regulations

Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software

Organization skills

Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information

BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field

Position 2: Assistant Accountant

Job Brief

We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team.

Accounting Assistant responsibilities include managing expense reports and reimbursements, entering financial transactions into our internal databases and reconciling invoices.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
  • Create and update expense reports
  • Process reimbursement forms
  • Prepare bank deposits
  • Enter financial transactions into internal databases
  • Check spreadsheets for accuracy
  • Maintain digital and physical financial records
  • Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
  • Review and file payroll documents
  • Participate in quarterly and annual audits

Job Brief

We are looking for an HR & Admin Manager to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources and Administration department.

HR & Admin Manager responsibilities include processing employee data, updating company policies and assisting in the hiring process. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR and Admi functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts
  • Strong knowledge of project accounting principles and procedures.
  • Update internal databases with new hire information
  • Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about organization policies
  • Publish and remove job ads

Job Brief

TLLM is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our organization as IT & Communication officer to perform advanced and diversified IT support. This position requires broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of the area and provides high level of support to the Executive Director and other Departments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To assist with implementing any new systems or procedures which are developed within the organization.
  • Drive the use of technology in the organization, provide effective IT systems, provide technology support and solutions to meet the needs of the organization.
  • He/ She makes sure the IT systems are functioning properly and helping the business run smoothly.
  • Manage the organization website pages, to ensure that website and information is up to date and meets organization standards.
  • Ensure professional staff are supported by responding to day–to-day IT related queries.
  • Maintaining and updating procedures relevant to the functions and responsibilities of the role.
  • Involved in systems administration including general computer support; upgrades; software installations; license management; network and printer support; deployment of equipment; management of inventories.

Job Brief

We are looking for Program Manager to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of Program department.

Program Manager is responsible for planning, Managing, coordinating, and ensuring the smooth implementation of the overall Programs. To be successful in this role, you should have solid program Management skills and be familiar with Program Department functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and consolidates performance plans, monitoring and evaluation plan, and fundraising plan to bring sustainability to the program and manages and supervises the implementation of program activities.
  • Prepare project proposals to solicit funds.
  • Supervises programmatic activities
  • Develops annual and quarterly operation plans for project or program support department and prepare fiscal budgets.
  • Compiles and produces required quarterly and annual activity and financial reports for submission to donors and concerned government offices.
  • Organizes regular meetings with project/program staff to review planned and accomplished activities.
  • Establishes network with other non-governmental organizations, and government agencies within the program areas and communities to foster partnerships.
  • Represents TLLM with governmental and non-governmental bodies and delegates TLLM in matters pertinent to program activities and other issues that may arise in the program area.
  • Organize and/or participate in various donor-related coordination meetings representing the organization and report accordingly.

Job Requirement

Requirements and skills:

3 -5 years’ Work experience in Program Management, or similar role

Basic knowledge on Project Management

Experience in the NGO sector, particularly in special needs programs, is advantageous.

Good verbal and written communication skills

BSC or MSC in Project Management, or relevant field
