Position 1: Human Resources Clerk
Qualifications and Evaluations:
Requirements:

Education Requirements:
Completion of high school is required.

Position 2: Deputy Motor Pool Supervisor
Qualifications and Evaluations
Requirements:

Education Requirements:
Completion of two years of college/university studies is required.

A minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in managing a large operation, with at least two of those years including Motor pool operations. A minimum of two additional years of supervisory experience is required.

Job Knowledge:
The position requires in-depth knowledge of all motor pool operations including dispatching, scheduling vehicle maintenance, personnel management, and safety training. Incumbent must understand the structure of the Mission offices and agencies that operate within the Mission; good knowledge about the functions of different sections within the Mission to accurately track and process monthly charges for vehicle use and maintenance. The position must possess knowledge of local traffic laws, road conditions, geographical setting, and social/political events that affect vehicle movement and routing; and requires knowledge of the country-specific vehicle insurance, licensing, and registration procedures. Good knowledge of the practices and procedures of managing a large service operation, including a Motor pool operation. Good knowledge of the specifications and operation techniques of various types of vehicles and of vehicle safety measures. Good knowledge of vehicle mechanical operation, maintenance requirements, and repairs. Good knowledge of basic accounting procedures and the preparation of operation reports.

Position 3: Warehouse Worker (Truck Driver)

Good working knowledge of warehouse operations, procedures, and security standards.

Position 4: Chauffeur
