Minimum Educational Requirements
- Degree in any fields or 12+
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Basic written and spoken English and good communication skills.
- Proficient in speaking amahric and oromic
Work experience
- 1 years and above experience
Requirement Skill

- Provide Product and Service Information
- Conduct Outbound Calls
- Document and Log Interactions
