Position 1: Customer Service Supervisor-I
Job Purpose:
To supervises the overall cash duty of the Branch; ensures that daily balance of cash agrees with the general ledger; attends to the Bank’s prominent customers.
Job Requirement
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field with five (5) years of relevant work experience.
Grade: XIII
Place of Work: Adigrat Branch
Position 2: – Principal Credit Analyst
Job Purpose:
To enhance the quality of the Bank’s loan portfolio and the timeliness and effectiveness of credit decision making by reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of credit analysis report, and ensuring sound customer credit risk grading.
Job Requirement
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management or related field with Six (6) years of relevant work experience out of which at least 1 year experience as Senior Officer level.
Grade: XIII
Place of Work: Shire Branch
Position 3: – Branch Manager III-IFB
Job Purpose:
To support the sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank by cross selling the Bank’s products, marketing new products, acquiring and retaining customers, instituting continuous improvement for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency in the Branch.
Job Requirement
Qualifications and Experience: Master’s/Bachelor’s in Accounting , Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field with four(4)/six(6) years of relevant work experience; of which one year of experience should be as Assistant Branch Manager or Customer Service Supervisor.
Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles pertaining to Interest Free Banking Operation is required.
Grade: XIV
Place of Work: Dessie City
Position 4: – Principal Credit Analyst

Qualifications and Experience: BSC in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering and related fields with three (3) years relevant work experience.

Place of Work: head Office
Position 7: – Property Assessor-II
Job Purpose:
To support effective credit decision making in the Bank by ensuring true and fair valuation of property pledge for collateral and foreclosure governed by internal valuation guidelines.
Job Requirement
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field with two (2) years of relevant work experience.
Grade: X
Place of Work: Shire District Office
Position 8: – Branch Manager III
Job Purpose:
