Position 1: Senior Training Program Operations Officer
Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Program Operations Team Leader, the Senior Training Programs Operations Officer plans, organizes, and coordinates training programs. He/she promotes training through various channels and follows-up and evaluates the performance of trainers, participates on conducting training impact assessment.
Job Requirement
Qualification Requirement:
Education: BA/MA degree in Management, Business Administration, Education, Economics, Project management or related fields of Studies from Recognized higher learning Institution
Work Experience: Six years of experience for BA holders and 4 years of experience for MA holders in similar positions
Technical and Other Skills:
- Demonstrated technical ability, sound judgment, ability to interact and work effectively with others;
- Good conceptual understanding of trade fair and event management;
- Firm belief in teamwork;
- Basic computer skills;
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Position 2: Senior Marketing & Event Management Officer
Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Director, Trade and Investment Promotion Dept., the Senior Marketing & Event Management Officer undertakes research to identify opportunities for developing new specialized trade fairs focusing on various economic sectors. He/she conducts pre-feasibility and feasibility study to test the viability of the newly identified specialized fairs; takes the initiative to introduce new trade fairs; manages through the incubation and development process.
Job Requirement

Education: BA/MA degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing Management, Project management and related fields of Studies from recognized higher learning Institution
Work Experience: Six years of experience for BA holders and 4 years of experience for MA holders in similar positions.

- Demonstrated technical ability, sound judgment, ability to interact and work effectively with others;
- Good conceptual understanding of trade fair and event management;
- Firm belief in teamwork;
- Coordination and facilitation skills
