Position 1: – Customer Service Supervisor Branch – C
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible to countersigns on tickets/vouchers and authorizes transactions. To follow up all cheque clearance activities and accounts of suspense nature. To ensure and follow up reconciliation of accounts and other related tasks.
Job Requirement:
Educational Level and work Experience: BA degree in Economics/ Accounting/ Management/Business Administration/Finance and Accounting or business related field of study with a minimum of 3(three) years of experience in banking operations.

Togochale
Damboya
Position 2: – Branch Manager – C
Job Summary:
The Manager plans and coordinates the overall activities of the branch, and follows-up and evaluates Branch’s operations/targets on established performance parameters. He/she motivates and coaches the customer service officers responsible for the delivery of high quality service. He/she identifies and recruits potential customers and provides professional advice.
Job Requirement:
Educational Level and work Experience: BA in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration or other business related field of study with 4(four) years’ work experience in banking operations, out of which 4(two) year in supervisory position.
Workplace: Buie Branch
