Position 1: – Junior Property Management Officer
Job Summary
Junior Property Management Officer is responsible to maintain proper inventory list of all fixed assets of the bank. Update the records at times of issuing new assets and return of used ones to the central store. Ensure the proper handling of the bank’s property by physically conducting supervision periodically. Affix tag/identification number is on the property. Maintain proper record of properties provided to individual employees. Present the individual property records to the Division Head when required at the time of obtaining clearance. Perform other related duties as assigned by his/her immediate supervisor.
Required Education and Experience:
BA Degree in Procurement and supplies Management, Supplies Management, Management, Accounting, or business related field of study with a minimum of 2(two) years in property management related work experience.

Position 2: – Senior Customer Service Officer Grade – I
Job Summary:
Senior Customer Service Officer Grade – 1 is responsible to countersigns on tickets/vouchers and authorizes transactions. To follow up all cheque clearance activities and accounts of suspense nature. To ensure and follow up reconciliation of accounts and other related tasks.
Job Requirement
Required Education and Experience:
BA Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Finance and Accounting or business related field of study with a minimum of 3 (three) years of experience in banking operations.

Position 3: – Principal Accountant
Job Summary:
Principal Accountant is responsible to prepare and review financial Statement. Analyzing financial data. Overseeing the accounting staff in general accounts division. Ensuring compliance with IFRS standardizes and accounting policies. Countersigns on tickets/vouchers and authorizes transactions. Follows up all cheque clearance activities. Follows up accounts of suspense nature and reports to his/her supervisor. Ascertains that records of Fixed Assets are as per the underlying policy and procedure of the Bank. Authorizes Records of stock and none stock items based on Goods Receiving & Issue Voucher. Authorizes Inter Branch transactions and other tax related payments timely. Assist, coach and train his subordinates.
Job Requirement
Required Education and Experience:
MA/MBA/BA Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance or other business related field of study, with a minimum of 5/6 years of experience in banking operations (finance department) of which 1 year at Senior Accountant Position.
Certifications in IFRS is mandatory.
Certifications in ACCA is advantageous.

Position 4: – Director – Human Capital Development
Job Summary:
The job holder is responsible for driving Human Capital Development practices by expediting strategic initiatives, leading performance management and training teams, aligning human capital development strategy with the Bank’s agenda, providing advisory support, spearheading managerial competence development, and designing training programs. They also lead the establishment of a performance management system, monitor employee satisfaction, and undertake generic department duties.
Job Requirement
Required Education and Experience:
MA/MBA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration or related field with 8/10 years of banking professional experience of which 6 years in managerial position in Human Capital Development.
Or
MA/MBA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration or related field with 10/12 years of professional experience of which 6 years in managerial position in Human Capital Development

Position 5: – Principal Risk & Compliance Management Officer
Job Summary
The Principal Risk & Compliance Management Officer is responsible for reviewing loss and risk trends, as well as relevant research on the Bank’s processes, products, and services from a risk perspective. They also identify risks in the Bank’s operational system, analyze and measure potential risks, and update inventory of rules, regulations, guidelines, and practices. Additionally, they identify international and national laws and regulations affecting the Bank’s operations, analyze the consequences of non-compliance, and consider uncertainties related to compliance.
Required Education and Experience:
MA/MBA/BA Degree Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, or business related field of study with a minimum of 5/6 years work experience in risk/compliance management of which 1 year at Senior Officer Position.
