Position 1: IFB Financing Analysis & Appraisal Officer
Job Summary:
He/She is responsible to Conducts an independent financing analysis/appraisal, Collecting all required financing processing documents and information from the Customer Relationship Management team/branch, information/data/research output from the database of the bank (if available), or from the market as deemed necessary. Conducts customer financing risk rating/grading.
Job Requirement:
Educational Level and Work Experience: Minimum BA Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Economics or business-related field of study
Work Experience: A minimum of 3 years of work experience in banking operation, of which 1 Year in credit analysis & appraisal.
Place of Work: Head office
Position 2: Branch Manager – C
Job Summary:
The Manager plans and coordinates the overall activities of the branch, and follows up and evaluates Branch’s operations/targets on established performance parameters. He/she motivates and coaches the customer service officers responsible for the delivery of high-quality service. He/she identifies and recruits potential customers and provides professional advice.
Job Requirement:
Educational Level and Work Experience: BA in Management or Economics Accounting & Finance Marketing Banking & Finance or Business Administration or another business-related field of study with 4 years work experience in banking operations, of which 2 years in supervisory position.
Place of Work: Jimma Branch
