Position 1: Branch Manager – C
Educational Level and work Experience: BA in Management or Economics or Accounting & Finance or Marketing or Banking and Finance or Business Administration or other business related field of study with three years’ work experience in banking operations, of which one year in supervisory position.
Place of Work: Abay Sadik Dire Dawa (IFB) Branch
Melkaworer Branch
Position 2: Principal Auditor
Educational Level and work Experience: Minimum BA in Accounting/Management/ Economics/ Business Administration or business related field with a minimum of five years of experience in banking operations of which one year at Senior Officer Position.
Place of Work: Head office, Addis Ababa
Position 3: Research and Product Development Officer
Educational Level and work Experience: BA Degree in Marketing or Communication or Journalism or other related field of study with a minimum of three years related work experience.
Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa

Position 4: Store Keeper
Educational Level and work Experience: BA Degree in Procurement and supplies Management/Supplies Management/Management/Accounting, or business related field of study with a minimum of two years in property management related work experience.
