Position 1: Senior Digital Banking Business Officer
Job Summary:
Senior Digital Banking Business Officer is responsible to Develop a proposal for digital banking products and services. perform assessment of the current digital banking products and services. Provide a full range of professional and general support for the bank Agent, Merchant, Fintechs and customers. Identify business/improvement opportunities area for reengineering to ensure delivery of efficient and high quality service to customers. Prepare agreements to be used between the bank, agent, merchant and fintech. Negotiate with new agents, corporate merchants, fintech and clients as well as revised contracts with the existing fintech or vendors when necessary and assist with any related task requested needed or assigned.
Educational Level and work Experience: BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting or related fields
Required Work Experience: 4(four) years of experience in Digital Banking.

Position 2: Digital Banking Business Officer
Job Summary:
Digital Banking Business Officer is responsible to Maintains agent, merchant and fintech files. Tracks transaction records and monitors digital banking products usages and resolves problems within given authority. Makes evaluations on each operational activities of digital banking services. Managing relationships with third party clients, vendors, and business partners. Coordinate districts, branches and head office organs for ATM placement, POS deployment, Agent and merchant recruitment, training and activation, and Makes close follow-up and ensure smooth operations of agent, merchant and fintech and assist with any related task requested needed or assigned
Educational Level and work Experience: BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting or related fields
Required Work Experience: at least 3 years of experience in banking operations.

Position 3: System Administrator
Job Summary:
The System Administrator responsible to establish policies and procedures addressing information storage, retention, and distribution; Establishes data/information need baseline documentations and regularly maintains and reviews the information needs of decision makers through a comprehensive information need analysis.
Educational Level and work Experience: BSc. degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer engineering or related field
Required Work Experience: A minimum 3 years experience. System administration exposure or training on Unix operating system and its variants like Solaris is advantageous. System administration certification from recognized institution and banking experience is advantageous.

Position 4: Risk and Compliance Management Officer
Job Summary:
Risk and Compliance Management Officer is responsible to review loss and risk trend (severity and frequency). Reviews relevant research output on the Bank’s process, product and services from risk angle, Identifies risks inherent in the Bank’s operational system and procedure, Identifies, analyzes and measures potential risks, Develops and updates inventory of rules, regulations, guidelines and practices, Identifies International, national laws and regulations that affects the operation of the Bank;, Analyzes and estimates the consequences of non-compliance, Considers and identifies any uncertainties which lead to compliance.
Educational Level and work Experience: BA Degree Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration

Position 5: Manager – Credit Business
Job Summary:
The Manager responsible for targets potential customers identifies their needs, recruit and establish credit relationship. Advises/consults customer about the credit process, types, terms, eligibility, utilization, debt servicing and cross-sells products. Collects and checks all required loan processing documents. Gathers adequate financial and non-financial information about the customer. Facilitates collateral estimation, credit information, legal opinion, and loan and mortgage contracts preparation, .Follows repayment/utilization of the loan & Design negotiation strategies to resolve NPLs and negotiates with customer for amicable settlement.
Educational Level and work Experience: MBA/BA degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field of study
Required Work Experience: A minimum of 8/10 years of experience in banking operations. Of which Four (4) Years in Credit Management area.

Position 6: Senior Office Engineer
Job Summary:
Senior Office Engineer is responsible to provide regular reports to the Project Manager and provide inputs for the periodic and final reports to inform key stakeholders on project progress. Manage contractors and contract execution to ensure delivery according to the scope, budget and time and in compliance with the technical documentation. Ensure that proper documentation is kept, recording all correspondences, work orders, variations, contract documents, design reviews, and meeting minutes in related to projects that Abay Bank is Currently undergoing. Responsible for the timely follow up and monitoring of projects activity with respect to schedule, and budget, periodically monitor physical progress on site, checking payment certificates, reviewing variations, omission and addition. Preparation of Bill of quantities, specification, cost estimate and tender documents for projects as needed.
Educational Level and work Experience: MSc/BSc degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Technology and Management/related field
Required Work Experience: A minimum of 6/8 years’ total experience in Supervision and Contract Administration Works out of which (4) years of senior level experience as Office Engineer, Contract Administration Engineer/Project Coordinator/related assignments. Experience with Design build Projects is preferred.

Position 7: Auditor
Job Summary:
Auditor is responsible to Performs audit, including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting auditee’s’ processes and procedures, Compiles and prepares reports of audit findings, Conducts rectification follow-up & Conduct special investigation/fraud investigation audit.
Educational Level and work Experience: BA degree in Economics/ Accounting/ Management/Business Administration/Finance and Accounting or business related field of study

Position 8: Branch Manager Grade I
Job Summary:
The Manager plans and coordinates the overall activities of the branch, and follows-up and evaluates Branch’s operations/targets on established performance parameters. He/she motivates and coaches the customer service officers responsible for the delivery of high quality service. He/she identifies and recruits potential customers and provides professional advice.

Job Summary:
The Manager responsible for Developing draft IFB resource mobilization strategy, guidelines/techniques and compile and share best practices/experiences. Prepare IFB deposit performance report of districts/branches and submit to the CEO for review. Follow-up the rectification of internal audit report findings and settlement of escalated long outstanding items. Attend to queries of branches in their day to day IFB operations. Regularly assess key IFB resource opportunity areas and identify corporate deposit customers.
