Position 1: IFB – Operation Officer
Job Summary
He/She is responsible to regularly assess key IFB resource opportunity areas and identify corporate deposit customers. Ensure segregation of accounts and funds of the IFB business with that of the conventional one and ensure proper consolidation at Branch level. Organize events like customer session and visit program. Prepare IFB deposit performance report of districts/branches and submit to the Manger Operation for review; performs other activities assigned to do by his/her immediate supervisor.
Educational Level and work Experience: Minimum BA Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Economics or business related field of study with a minimum of 3 years work experience in banking operation preferably in IFB.

Position 2: IFB – Corporate Financing Officer
Job Summary
He/she is responsible to ensure applicant IFB financing requests are adhere to the Bank’s IFB procedures. Collects and checks all required financing processing documents and provides acknowledgement letter to the customer. Gathers adequate financial and non-financial information about the corporate customer and forwards to the Credit Appraisal.
Educational Level and work Experience: Minimum BA Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Economics or business related field of study with a minimum of 3 years work experience in banking operation preferably in IFB.

Position 3: Branch Manager Grade – I
Job Summary:
The Manager plans and coordinates the overall activities of the branch, and follows-up and evaluates Branch’s operations/targets on established performance parameters. He/she motivates and coaches the customer service officers responsible for the delivery of high quality service. He/she identifies and recruits potential customers and provides professional advice and others.
Job Requirements:
Educational Level and work Experience: BA in Management, Economics , Accounting & Finance or Marketing or Banking & Finance or Business Administration or other business related field of study with 6(Six) years’ work experience in banking operations, out of which 2(two) year in supervisory position.

- Assela & Chilalo Branch

- Mersa Branch
