Position: Factory Technician
Educational Qualifications:

- Qualification from a recognized Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institution.
- Relevant fields include Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related disciplines.
- Certification should align with the National TVET Qualifications Framework (NTQF) of Ethiopia, preferably Level III or above.
- High School Diploma / GED:
- Required as the minimum educational prerequisite for technical training and entry-level employment.
Experience Requirement:
- 2–3 years of relevant experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or in a similar role
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is required
Technical Skills & Competencies
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Proficiency in electrical testing, circuit analysis, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of industrial electrical systems and control panels
- Experience working with industrial control systems, including basic automation
- Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues
- Capability to support system optimization and preventive maintenance
Safety & Compliance
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety standards, and industrial safety protocols
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment in manufacturing and factory settings
Advanced Training (Preferred)
- NTQF Level III or higher certification
- Additional training in Industrial Automation and PLC systems is a strong advantage
