Position 1: – Monitoring and Evaluation Expert
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks, plans, and systems to track the progress and impact of programs and projects
- Develop and implement data collection, analysis, and reporting tools and processes to ensure timely & accurate data collection, management, and analysis
- Lead the design and implementation of research and evaluation studies to measure the impact of programs and projects
- Provide technical guidance and support to the M&E team, program staff, and partners to ensure quality and timely data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Ensure that M&E activities comply with the organization’s policies, procedures, and donor requirements
- Manage and oversee the M&E team, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to team members to ensure their professional growth and development
- Produce regular reports and briefings on the progress and impact of programs and projects to the organization’s leadership and donors
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, stakeholders, and donors to share knowledge and best practices in M&E.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a master’s Degree in the relevant field of study (Development Policy, Management, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or related field)
- At least 8 – 10 years of relevant progressively advancing professional experience in monitoring and evaluation of multi-year and nation-wide projects at national and international organizations;
- Proven experience in developing and implementing M&E frameworks, plans, and systems
- Solid technical knowledge and practical experience of the application of RBM and development effectiveness principles and value-for-money approaches;
- Track record of successfully working with government and development partners on development agendas;
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, and development partners;
- Strong analytical skills and experience in quantitative and qualitative data analysis with a demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex problems and implement change;
- Demonstrated resourcefulness, initiative and judgment;
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment;
- Ability to travel to project sites and meetings, as needed;
- Computer literacy – MS Office applications, web-based management information systems.

Position 2: Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) Expert
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement GESI and safeguarding strategies and activities at the organizational level as well as for clients’ programs, and projects, ensuring that they are aligned with international standards and best practices.
- Conduct gender analyses and develop gender-responsive interventions, programs, and policies, and manuals to guide organization practices (internal and external)
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams, partners, and stakeholders on GESI issues and assess the safeguarding needs of projects and programs
- Develop and deliver capacity-building activities and training sessions on GESI and Safeguarding to project teams, partners, and stakeholders as well as provide orientation to new recruits
- Contribute to the development of proposals, concept notes, and reports in relation to GESI, including conducting desk research, providing technical inputs, and drafting sections related to GESI.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of GESI strategies and activities, and provide recommendations for improvements in internal operations as well as in project implementations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments related to GESI; Seek, Acquire, Develop and Share Gender and safeguarding (women, youth, etc.) tips for staff and stakeholders on a regular basis
- Develop gender and safeguarding assessments and outcome analysis, disaggregating gender-specific data and analysis across programs and projects.
- Ensure safeguarding risks are assessed, develop mitigation strategies, monitor and update status on regular basis during the implementation of programs
- Ensure strategic cohesion, coordination of implementation, and knowledge sharing within the gender and safeguarding across organizational pillars and projects
- Develop systems to prevent and also to report any incidents or safeguarding issues in coordination with Human Resource Management
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Gender studies, Social Development, International Development, or in any other related social science fields
- At least 6 years of experience working on GESI issues in international development contexts and streamlining GESI principles in programs and projects.
- Strong knowledge of GESI and Safeguarding concepts, principles, and best practices.
- Experience developing Social Safeguarding, Gender and inclusion standards, guidelines, specifications, tools and activities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

Position 3: Administration and Finance Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of office administration and oversee the smooth operation of ACE Advisors’ office to ensure the office remains a welcoming and professional setting
- Coordinate and arrange office and project-required logistics including but not limited to flights, hotel, conference facilities, transportation, etc.
- Manage petty cash and payments including standing payments such as utility, rent, tax, etc.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, and purchases with proper documentation
- Support HR functions and ensure the office policies are enforced and handle employee’s queries regarding office management issues
- Liaise and engage with stakeholders including vendors, and governmental offices for any licenses and permit-related issues to ensure compliance
- Serve as the focal person to handle any maintenance, facility management, and run office errands
- Handles walk-in clients and customers as well as organize and schedule appointments and client meetings
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience as an Office manager, administrative and operations assistant or finance assistant in a fast-paced environment
- A minimum of a BA Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, finance, or any other fields
- Excellent communication and customer handling with great interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and experience in Peachtree is a plus
- Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work under pressure independently as well as part of a team

Position 4: Project Implementation Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of a clear implementation plan/project execution plan for project agreements into proper outputs/ deliverables, implementation steps, timelines, relationships across departments and partners, and risks or delays that might impact project delivery with proposed mitigation strategies
- Coordinate within the various units for resource planning (staff-skill and financial) for project design and implementation (business development and partnership targeting)
- Lead programs and projects, problem-solve, and brainstorming sessions for different project workstreams Regularly reviewing and monitor project progress and outputs, identifying resource and skill needs in the short and medium term, and providing the required support to ensure quality and timely implementation
- Oversee the development of written materials, and presentations or any project deliverable including contribution to content development and analysis;
- Plan and maintain timesheets to allocate partners, advisors, and analysts’ time to projects and track deliverables;
- Driving the organization’s internal efforts in analytical capacity-building, project management, coaching team members, and operational efficiency within the Project Implementation Team and across key units contributes to setting up and strengthening corporate culture
- Lead the strategy | target design and regular update of the Project Implementation Unit in alignment with the overall organization strategy
Qualifications:
- 8 – 10 years of experience as a Management Consultant or another relevant role
- A minimum of a master’s Degree in the relevant field of study (Economics, Project Management, Business Administration, Finance, etc.)
- Outstanding records in managerial or professional achievement with a proven track record of managing multiple large-scale projects
- Demonstrated leadership in a team environment with exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Solid functional knowledge, including but not limited to strategy development, project management, and implementation, stakeholder management, performance management, etc.
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization and skills to communicate complex ideas

Position 5: Business Development Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new opportunities/partnerships and lead proposal writing, program/project concept development, etc.
- Lead the implementation of ACE’s business development strategy and regular assessment and target setting through analysis of the company’s existing strategy, market positioning, competitor analysis, etc.
- Building new strategic partnerships and nurturing existing client relationships
- Lead development of ACE’s visibility strategy and ensure implementation of the strategy to enhance online and offline footprint as well as market presence
- Develop and coordinate networking and other relevant sessions/events to increase ACE’s visibility and traction to targeted clientele within ACE priority sectors and offerings
- Working in close collaboration with the Managing Partner and key units to strategize and implement
- Contribute to building and managing a high-performing business development team
- Manage the performance of junior staff and provide guidance, contribute to setting up and strengthening corporate culture
- Perform quality control, validity, and accuracy of data on all written materials and deliverables
- Driving the organization’s internal efforts in analytical capacity-building and operational efficiency within the Business Development Team and across key units
Requirements:
- 8 – 10 years of experience as a Development Lead, Management Consultant, other relevant roles
- A minimum of a master’s Degree in the relevant field of study (Economics, Management, Marketing, Finance, etc.)
- Solid functional knowledge, including but not limited to strategy design, business development, product development, fundraising (resource mobilization), project and program design and management, etc.
- Demonstrated leadership ability in a team environment initiative taker, eager to break new ground with an innovative approach, create opportunities for others
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization and skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
