Position 1: Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales representative to join our team in promoting and selling our thermal paper products. As a Sales representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the thermal paper industry.

Detail Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential customers in the thermal paper industry, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our thermal paper products and meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Present and demonstrate our thermal paper products to potential customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential customers.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable margins and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any customer concerns or issues.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager, including sales forecasts, pipeline, and market feedback.
  • Stay informed about product developments, pricing, and promotional activities to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand the customer base and promote our thermal paper products.
  • Continuously strive to achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive sales efforts and relationship building.

Qualifications Requirements:

  • Diploma or BA/BSC Degree in Business related field.
  • Proven 2 and above years of experience as a Salesperson or similar role, preferably in the paper converting  industry or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, build customer relationships, and close sales deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with customers.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach to sales.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a sales pipeline.

Position 2: Assistant Machine Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assistant Machine Operator to join our team in the production of thermal paper. As an Assistant Machine Operator, you will work closely with the machine operator to ensure the smooth operation of the thermal paper production process. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in setting up, operating, and maintaining the thermal paper production machinery.

Detail Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the setup and preparation of the thermal paper production machinery before each production run.
  • Load raw materials, such as paper rolls and ink, into the machine.
  • Monitor the production process to ensure efficient and continuous operation.
  • Perform routine quality checks to ensure that the thermal paper meets the required specifications.
  • Make adjustments to the machine settings as needed to maintain optimal production levels and product quality.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving minor machine malfunctions or issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including regular machine cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with the machine operator and other team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.

Position 3: Machine Operator

Job Summary

The Machine Operator for Thermal Paper Production is responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the manufacturing process of thermal paper products. This includes setting up, monitoring, and adjusting machines to ensure efficient and high-quality production. The Machine Operator will also perform routine maintenance tasks, troubleshoot equipment issues, and adhere to safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Detail Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor machinery used in the production of thermal paper, including but not limited to coating machines, slitting machines, rewinding machines, and printing machines.
  • Set up machines according to production requirements, ensuring proper settings for speed, tension, and other parameters.
  • Monitor machine operations, observing gauges, meters, and computer screens to ensure smooth and efficient production.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts, to ensure optimal machine performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions or issues, promptly reporting any major problems to the supervisor.
  • Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specified standards and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to safe operating procedures.
  • Document production activities, including machine settings, maintenance tasks, and production output, accurately and timely.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient production processes.
  • Participate in training programs and stay updated on technological advancements and best practices in machine operation.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using relevant software applications and tools.
  • Knowledge of training methodologies, curriculum development, and adult learning principles is a plus.
