The company is formed with the objective of making home buying and selling transaction easier by facilitating the process for both parties.
After observing the struggle of Real Estates to market their properties and confusion of home buyers’ in coming up with right choice, Addis Home Finder set a goal to be a right link between home buyers and Real Estates and write a new history in modernizing the sales transaction of the sector.
Addis Finder PLC would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: General Service Officer
Job Requirements:
BA Degree in management or related fields with 0–1-year proven experience in in general service administration
Performance Management
Quality of work with, number of timely reports and deliverables
Internal: AHF working units and employees
External: Government offices, suppliers, vendors.
Position 2: Internal Auditor
Job Requirements:
BA Degree in Accounting and Finance or related fields with at least 4-year proven experience in Auditing activities in similar organizations
Performance Management
Quality, time and number of investigation reports and deliverables
Internal: All AHF working units and employees
External: Financial Agencies & Government offices
Position 3: Training and Development Specialist
Qualifications:
● BA/MBA in Management or a related field with a minimum of 7/5 years of experience of
which 2 years is focused in training and development.
● Strong understanding of training design and delivery processes.
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
● Ability to think strategically and implement effective training solutions.
● Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Position 4: Contract and Admin Engineer
Job Requirements
● Degree in Civil Engineering/ construction management or related field/ with 5 years proven experience
● Performance Management
Quality of work with, number of timely reports and deliverables
• Internal: AHF working units and employees
• External: Government offices, suppliers, vendors.
Position 5: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Requirements
● BA/MBA in Management or a related field with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience of which 2 years is focused in talent acquisition.
● Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
● Ability to think strategically and implement effective recruitment solutions.
● Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Recommended Skill Sets:
● Strategic planning and organizational skills.
● Advanced knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
● Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.
● Effective conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
● High level of confidentiality and ethical standards.
Position 6: Project Engineer

Position 7: Construction Manager
Qualification:
BSC Degree and above in Construction Management, Engineering Or Related Field and a minimum of 8 years or above Relevant experience In Construction Management.

Communication
Understanding of Construction related laws and Regulations.
