Addis Finder Trading PLC is a private owned company engaged in Real Estate Property marketing and sales. We are presenting an exciting working opportunity for competitive applicants.

Addis Finder Trading Plc would like to invites competent and qualified candidates for the following positions.

Position 1: Sales Representative

Main Duties and tasks

  • Search potential customers and generate leads
  • Welcome customers and makes sales presentations about our service and products
  • Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Assist buyers in making wise decision on their purchasing of property for the right price under the best terms
  • Contact prospects and Keeping records of customer interactions, appointments, Follow-ups, comments and complaints on our CRM System
  • Must Meet monthly sales targets stated by sales polices effectively and deliver updates to his/her supervisor
  • Arrange site visit and help customers to understand the progress in construction.
  • Convince potential customers to close deals and protect company interests in all circumstances
  • Coordinate contract signing process & recording sales transactions on the system
  • Prepare daily, weekly and quarter sales report and submit to sales team supervisor on time
  • Behaves as a role model for the group and handle all Jobs with full integrity and honesty
  • Engaged in all related activity which will be assigned by immediate supervisor.
  • Sell products and services by convincing the customer.
  • Handle customer complaints actively and resolve them on time
  • Generate prospective leads by his/herself to boost sales target
  • Represents his/her immediate supervisor in his/her absence

Job Requirements

Education and Experience

BA Degree in any related fields

Work Experience: At least 0-1-year proven experience in sales, receptions, promotion, marketing practices

Relations:

Internal: AHF working units and employees

External: All AHF Customers and stakeholders

Position 2: Sales Manager

Main Duties and tasks:

  • Guide and motivate the external sales agents and internal sales team to meet their sales target
  • Oversee sales activities to ensure the sales teams are on the right track.
  • Make sure that the sales agents are reporting as per the requirement of the company
  • Ensure that all infrastructures and required promotional materials are readily available for the sales team.
  • Make sure that you have a record of a minimum of one house sale per month by yourself and the same minimum by your internal and external team
  • Undertake negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
  • Perform regular Follow-ups for all his/her assigned prospects and ensure all sales teams are doing the same
  • Search potential customers and generate leads.
  • Work with the Sales and/or sales and Marketing Manager to develop sales strategies, review their practicality and revise if necessary.
  • Responsible for generating daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports and submit them on timely manner.
  • Handle customer complaints and make sure customer complaints are resolved as quickly as possible.
  • Coordinate, lead and participate field visit for prospects.
  • Remind and collect Client payment from buyers
  • Monitor competitor’s sales activities and assist the Sales and Marketing Manager to come up with better sales strategies.
  • Identify current trends and support the Sales and Marketing Manager to come up with appealing offer.
  • Engaged in all related activity which will be assigned by immediate supervisor.

Education and Experience:

BA Degree in marketing/management/business administration or any other related fields with at least 6/8-year proven experience in as sales positions in multi-culture setting organizations

Internal: AHF working units and employees

Position 3: Marketing Manager

Main Duties and tasks:

  • Conducts market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to assess and ensure the sale and profitability of AHF
  • Formulate, direct, or coordinate marketing activities or policies to promote products or services, working with advertising or promotion teams
  • Analysing market trends and preparing forecasts, generating new business leads by collaborating in the development of new services, brand awareness and market shares
  • Initiate market research studies, or analyse their findings and developing price strategy by compiling lists describing product or service offerings.
  • Involve in designing company’s strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; design customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining system improvements & implementing change.
  • Developing and managing the marketing department’s budget
  • Overseeing and working with other teams in branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns
  • Identifies and recommends advertising and promotional opportunities that enhance and clearly differentiate our brand offering in the marketplace to effective sales development
  • Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
  • Collaborates, participates in, and coordinates promotional activities or trade shows.
  • Oversee product development or monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual report of the division and submit to the Marketing & Sales Director on timely manner
  • Perform any other assignments provided by the Management

Marketing & Sales manager:

Purpose of the job: The Sales and marketing coordinator will be in charge to collect data about target demographics and analyze market trends to improve a company’s marketing efforts, tracking sales data and working with marketing teams to achieve marketing goals.

 Main Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation;
  • Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends;
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy;
  • Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success;
  • Continually research new sources of prospective customer data, and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership;
  • Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness;
  • Maintain updated records on the overall sales and Marketing activities
  • Visit prospective and potential clients to identify needs, evaluate customer contentment and promote products;
  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments;
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration;
  • Assist management team with various projects and marketing campaigns;
  • Participation in the planning and execution of promotional plans for small and large-scale corporate events;
  • Collaborating with marketing and communications managers to execute internal marketing and communications campaigns;
  • Performs other tasks given by the Manager as required.

Academic Qualification:
