Position: Sales & Customer Service
Qualifications:
- BA degree in Marketing, Tourism Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing; experience in travel industry is highly desirable.
- Experience with GDS (Galileo, Amadeus/Sabre) is an added advantage.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, social media tools).
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Assistance: Support client inquiries and ensure excellent customer relations and ensure client satisfaction.
- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the printing and technology sector.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Customer Needs Assessment: Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions using our products and services.
- Product Presentations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our solutions.
- Sales Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
- Proposal & Contract Preparation: Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
- Sales Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain sales records in our ERP system.
- Coordination: Serve as a point of contact between the sales, finance, and management teams.
- Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Industry Awareness: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to refine sales strategies.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report progress to management.
Working Conditions:
- Work Environment: Office-based role with collaboration with internal teams.
- Work Tools: Use our ERP system to track sales data, reports, and customer interactions.
- Work Hours: Full-time, standard office hours with occasional flexibility if needed.
