Position 1: – Software Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack software applications.
- Develop and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
- Manage server infrastructure and system administration tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimist code for maximum performance
Job Requirement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer with expertise in front-end and back-end technologies.
- Solid experience in mobile app development for iOS and Android using frameworks such as React Native or Flutter.
- Proficiency in server management and system administration tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, dart.
- Experience with modern web frameworks ( Django, Laravel, Express).
- Knowledge of database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Ability to work on-site 3 days per week.
Position 2: – Finance Manager
Qualifications:
BA degree in – Accounting and finance management.
Above Six years of relevant experience
Place of work:- Addis Ababa
Position 3: – Call Center and Dispatcher
Qualifications:
Diploma or BA degree in IT and related
One year and above
Place of work: Arbamich, Hawasa, Hosaena and the main cities in Ethiopia
Position 4: – Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Role Description:
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for leading Adiamat Trading PLC located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. This is a full-time on-site role. The CEO will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies, ensuring financial sustainability, leading a team of managers and employees, and representing the company with stakeholders and partners. The CEO will report to the Board of Directors and provide strategic guidance to the company’s operations.
Responsibilities:
- Produce annual operation forecasting report and strategy
- Oversee and evaluate day-to-day operations
- Identify new market opportunities to accelerate growth
- Present operational strategy recommendations to the CEO based on your market research
Job Requirement
Qualifications:
- We give priority for those who have experience on HR , Finance Management , IT and related sectors
- MA or BA in Management, Supplies Management, Logistics Management, Economics, Business Management and Finance Management in related field
- 6 (six) years’ of executive experience
- Strategic planning and business development experience
- Strong written and verbal and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
Personality Attributes;
- Strong understanding of numbers ( good knowledge of finance)
- Stable in career
- Commercial mindset
- Detailed oriented
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Act as Co-pilot for the business
Salary: negotiable salary with a very attractive commission rate, plus these commission rate will be a share from net profit from our company and the rate will arranged on organization.
