AFLEX seeks an exceptional leader for the role of Knowledge & Idea Production Manager (KIPM), tasked with fostering cross-disciplinary idea generation, translating ideas into practical applications, and creating an environment conducive to innovation. The KIPM will lead the Centre for Dreams, responsible for establishing specialized centers such as those focused on the green economy, medemer and African integration, political culture transformation, behavioral science, peace efforts, digital-age leadership, and youth and women empowerment. The KIPM is responsible for:
