In 1999, the common shares were consolidated on a one-for-five basis and the authorized capital was increased to 100 million shares. The company changed its name to Africa Oil Corp. in 2007 and in 2009, the authorized share capital was increased to an unlimited number of common shares. In 2013, the company’s articles were altered to include advance notice provisions for the nomination of directors.

Job Requirement
Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance or in any other related field of study.
Required relevant Experience: A minimum of 3 years with Auditor
