Position 1: – Manager, Internal Audit & Control Service
Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance or related field
Work Experience: 7(seven) years of relevant experience out of this 4 years at Managerial position in Banking or Microfinance business.
Comprehensive knowledge of auditing and accounting principles and practices
Through knowledge of financial laws and audit regulations
Ability to analyze financial statements
Good knowledge of microfinance business
Good communication and human relation skill
Basic computer application skill
Place of work: Head Office
Position 2: – Manger, Risk Management Service
Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance or related field
Experience: 7 years of relevant experience out of this 4 years at Managerial position in Banking or Microfinance business.
Comprehensive knowledge of auditing and accounting principles and practices
Through knowledge of financial laws and audit regulations
Ability to analyze financial statements
Good knowledge of microfinance business
Good communication and human relation skill
Basic computer application skill
Microsoft Office particularly excels and word Skill is Mandatory.
Work experience must be verified and presented in written while registration.
Place of work: Head Office
Position 3: – Branch Manager I
Qualification: BA Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Accounting or related
Work Experience: Five (5) years of relevant experience out of these 2 years as a manager in financial institutions
Place of work: Addis Ababa, Adama & Alemgena
Position 4: – Driver
Qualification: Grade 8 Complete & 3rd Grade Driving License
Work Experience: Three (3) Years of Driving Experience
Place of work: Head Office
