Position 1: Chief Growth & Strategy Officer
Job Requirement
Qualification: MA/BA Degree in Accounting /Management/Economics or related field
Work Experience:8/10 Years of relevant experience; 4 of which in managerial position at Micro-Finance or Financial Institution
Skills Required:
Expertise in developing long-term growth strategies and business models
Extensive knowledge of Micro Finance operations
Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable plans
Extensive knowledge of Financial Industry management process and procedures
Proficiency in managing projects from initiation through to completion, including resource allocation and timeline management
Extensive knowledge of Micro Fiancé operations and Financial Industry management practice and procedures
Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of risk assessment and mitigation strategies, particularly in the context of microfinance (e.g., credit risk, operational risk).
Familiarity with implementing and optimizing technology solutions to improve service delivery and operational effectiveness

Position 2: Chief Operation Officer
Job Requirement
Qualification: MA/BA Degree in Accounting /Management/Economics or related field
Work Experience:8/10 Years of relevant experience; 4 of which in managerial position at Micro-Finance or Financial Institution
Skills Required:

Skills Required:
Extensive knowledge of Financial Industry management practical and procedure operations
Proficiency in managing and coordinating cross-functional projects involving finance, HR, and IT.
Experience with implementing and integrating IT systems and solutions that support financial and HR functions.
Skills in recruitment, talent development, and performance management to build a high performing team

Position 4: Director, Credit Management
Job Requirement
Qualification: MA/BA Degree in Accounting /Management/Economics or related field
Work Experience: 7/9 Years of relevant experience; 3 of which in managerial Level in Micro-Finance or Financial Institution, preferably in operation area
Skills Required:
Expertise in assessing creditworthiness and managing credit risk in microfinance lending portfolios
Knowledge of loan underwriting processes and criteria within a microfinance context
Experience in collections strategies and managing delinquency rates effectively
Capacity to mentor and develop credit team members to enhance performance and productivity

Position 5: Manager, Credit Portfolio Management
Job Requirement
Qualification: MA/BA in Economics/Management/ Accounting/ Banking and Finance or related field
Work Experience: 4/6 Years of relevant experience 2 of which in senior positions
Skills Required:
Broad knowledge of the Micro Finance Business
Ability to analyse financial statements, credit reports, and other financial data to assess the performance and risk levels of the portfolio
Ability to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure portfolio health and impact.
Understanding of relevant financial regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices in microfinance.

Position 6: Manager, Human Resources management
Job Requirement
Qualification: MA/BA Degree in Management or related field`
Work Experience:4/6 Years of relevant experience in related 2 of which in senior positionson
Skills Required:
Comprehensive knowledge of the principles of Human Resource Management and Development
Comprehensive knowledge of Micro Finance Business and governing laws directives
Ability to design and undertake training need assessment and organize and manage training
Ability to form teams and maintains harmonious human relations
