Aggar Micro Finance SC would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following Positions.

Position 1: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Educational background: MA/Bachelor’s Degree in economics, management, marketing or related fields

Work experience: 10 years’ work experience out of which 5 years in Banking and /or Micro-Finance operations management.

  • Operational Excellence, Leadership and Team Management, Process Optimization, Risk Management, Financial Acumen, Technology and Automation, Regulatory Compliance, Customer-Centric Focus, Data-Driven Decision-Making, Supply Chain Management, Vendor and Partner Management, Change Management, Emergency Preparedness, Problem-Solving, Time Management, Ethical and Social Responsibility, Global Perspective.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Branch performance, operating model and efficiency management
  • Loan disbursement and collection
  • Account issuance, agent support, mobile and internet banking operations
  • Account settlement and reconciliation
  • Digital transformation plan and implementation

Position 2: Chief Corporate Officer (CCO)

Educational background: MA/Bachelor’s Degree in economics, management, Finance and Accounting, marketing or related fields

Work experience:10 years’ work experience out of which 5 years in Banking and /or Micro-Finance operations management.

Finance and Treasury, Legal and Regulatory Expertise, Compliance Management, Human Resources Management, Corporate Governance and IT, Cybersecurity Awareness, Technology Oversight, Stakeholder Relations, Risk Management, Ethical Decision-Making, Change Management, Data Privacy and Security, Crisis Management, Corporate Communications, Negotiation and Mediation, Project Management, Financial Acumen, Leadership and Team Management, Strategic Thinking, Networking, Influence and Diplomacy, Global Perspective, Adaptability

Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Finance Management and reporting
  • Tax reporting and compliance
  • Human resource management
  • Procurement and asset management
  • Information technology system implementation and management
  • Audit, Risk, Ethics and compliance management

Position 3: Chief Strategy and Growth Officer (CSGO)

Educational background: MA/Bachelor’s Degree in economics, management, marketing or related fields

Work experience: 10 years’ work experience in related field. Experience in financial sector is a plus.

  • Overall business performance target setting and reporting
  • Company Strategy, annual plan, strategic initiatives and implementation
  • Strategic Partnerships and key stakeholder management
  • Product and market

Position 4: Board Secretary

Educational background: LLM/LLB /MBA/MA/BA degree in Law, Management Business administration, Business leadership or related fields

Work experience: 5 Year of experience in related work out of which 2 years of experience Board of Directors’ administration
