Position 1: Chief Operation Officer
Job Requirement
- Minimum Qualification Required: MA/BA Degree in Accounting /Management/Economics or related field
- Minimum Work Experience; 8/10 Years of relevant experience: 4 of which in managerial position at Micro-Finance or Financial Institution
- Microsoft Office particularly excels and word Skill is Mandatory.
- Work experience must be verified and presented in written while registration
Expected Competency (Skills required)
- Extensive knowledge of Micro Fiancé operations and Financial Industry management practice and procedures
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of risk assessment and mitigation strategies, particularly in the context of microfinance (e.g., credit risk, operational risk).
- Familiarity with implementing and optimizing technology solutions to improve service delivery and operational effectiveness
