Position 1: Branch Accountant
Job Requirement
- Qualification: BA Degree /Level IV in Accounting or related field
- Experience: 2/6 years of relevant experience
- Qty: 2
Expected Competency
- Knowledge of accounting concepts & principles
- Knowledge of microfinance business
- Knowledge of Government financial laws
- Ability to prepare financial statements & reports;
- Basic knowledge of IFRS
- Basic computer application skills
NB: – Microsoft Office particularly excels and word Skill is Mandatory

Position 2: Manager, Credit Portfolio Management
Job Requirement
- Qualification: MA/BA in Economics/ Management/Accounting/ Banking & Finance or related field
- Experience: 4/6 Years of relevant experience 2 of which in senior positions
Expected Competency
- Broad knowledge of the Micro Finance Business
- Good communication human relations skills
- Ability to analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other financial data to assess the performance and risk levels of the portfolio.
- Proficiency in using software and tools for portfolio tracking, data analysis, and reporting
- Ability to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure portfolio health and impact.
- Understanding of relevant financial regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices in microfinance
