Position 1: Auditor

Job Requirement

  • Qualification:  BA/College Diploma in Accounting or related field
  • Experiences:  2/6 years of relevant experience

Expected Competency (Skills required)

  • Good knowledge of micro-finance business
  • Good knowledge of auditing methodologies
  • Good knowledge of company operations
  • Ability to undertake financial analysis
  • Excellent verbal communication and report writing skill.
  • Basic computer skill

NB: – Microsoft Office particularly excels and word Skill is Mandatory.

Work experience must be verified and presented in written while registration

Position 2: Manager, Credit Portfolio Management

Job Requirement

  • Qualification: MA/BA in Economics/Management/ Accounting/ Banking and Finance or related field
  • Experiences: 4/6 Years of relevant experience 2 of which in senior positions

Expected Competency (Skills required)

  • Broad knowledge of the Micro Finance Business
  • Good communication human relations skills
  • Ability to analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other financial data to assess the performance and risk levels of the portfolio
  • Proficiency in using software and tools for portfolio tracking, data analysis, and reporting
  • Ability to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure portfolio health and impact
  • Understanding of relevant financial regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices in microfinance.

NB: – Microsoft Office particularly excels and word Skill is Mandatory.

Position 3: Director, Strategy Partnership & Business Development

Job Requirement

  • Qualification: MA/BA Degree in Economics/ Business Management/ Marketing or related field
  • Experiences:  7/9 Years of relevant experience; 3 of which at managerial Level in Banks or Micro-Finance Institutions

Expected Competency (Skills required)

  • Broad knowledge of the overall business in financial industry
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth and market expansion.
  • Experience in identifying and negotiating strategic partnerships that enhance the organization & market position and service delivery.
  • Ability to plan, executes, and oversees projects related to business development and partnerships.
  • Ability to clearly present ideas, strategies, and data to various audiences.
  • Develop Financial products

Job Requirement

  • Qualification: MA/BA Degree in Accounting /Management/Economics or related field
  • Experiences: 8/10 Years of relevant experience; 4 of which at managerial position in Banks or Micro-Finance Institutions

Expected Competency (Skills required)

  • Extensive knowledge of Financial Industry management practical and procedure operations
  • Skills in recruitment, talent development, and performance management to build a high-performing team
  • Comprehensive Knowledge of Financial Management principles and concepts• Excellent knowledge of Financial Accounting, Treasury Management and Share Administration\• Accounting Software application skills
  • IFRS application skill• Good Financial analysis skill
  • Skill in evaluating investment opportunities, including loan portfolios, equity investments, and financial instruments.
  • Experience with implementing and integrating IT systems and solutions that support financial and HR functions
  • Understanding of corporate governance principles and practices relevant to microfinance institutions
  • Familiarity with financial statements, reporting, and financial management within the context of microfinance
  • Crisis Management, Decision Making & Communication
