According to a June 2024 report, the bank now boasts over 100 branches and a workforce exceeding 900 employees nationwide.

Position 1: Senior Risk Officer
About the Job
The Senior Risk Officer plays a critical role in managing and mitigating the various risks faced by the bank. This role involves overseeing risk assessment, monitoring, and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting the development and implementation of the bank’s risk management framework. The Senior Risk Officer collaborates with different departments to identify, assess, and manage risks across the bank’s operations.
Education፡
MSC, MA, BA, BSC in Economics, Management, Statistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience Requirement
A Minimum of 5 Years relevant experience in a Banking industry of which 2 years as Risk Officer or related position.

Position 2: Manager, Enterprise Risk Management
About the Job
The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Division Manager is responsible for overseeing the bank’s risk management framework. This role involves identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating risks across the bank’s operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting strategic decision-making. The ERM Division Manager will lead a team of risk professionals and work closely with senior management to integrate risk management into the bank’s overall strategy
About You
Education
MSC, MA, BSC, BA in Management, Economics, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience Requirement
A Minimum of 9 years of experience in relevant position in the banking industry of which 2 years as Principal Risk Officer, Principal Compliance Officer, or related position.
