Position: Sr Human Capital Officer (Talent & Development)
Qualification
- BA Degree in Management Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related fields.
Experience
- 5 years’ experience in a relevant position, of which 2 years were as a Talent Development Officer or related position.
A Senior Human Capital Officer’s job summary involves designing, implementing, and managing programs to enhance employee skills and align with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, developing and delivering training, managing performance management systems, and supporting leadership and succession planning.
