Job Title 1: Customer Services Officer -I
Required Educational qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or related fields of studies.
Required Work Experience: 1 (One) relevant experience in a Bank or 2(two) years at Micro Finance institutions.
Job Title 2: Customer Service Officer II
Required Educational qualifications: Bachelor Degree in a business related field e.g. Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration
Required Work Experience: 2 (Two) years of relevant experience in a Bank.
Job Title 3: Senior Customer Services Officer
Required Educational qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Banking & Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or related fields of studies.
Required Work Experience:
4 (Four) years of relevant experience in a Bank or 5(five) years at Microfinance Institutions.
Job Title 4: Digital System Development and Customization Officer
Required Educational qualifications:
BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Computer/Electrical Engineering or any other related field of studies.
Required Work Experience: 5(five) years of experience as a Junior digital banking Application development and customization Officer.
Job Title 5: Application Development and Customization Officer
Required Educational qualifications:
BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Computer/Electrical Engineering or any other related field of studies
Required Work Experience:
5(five) years of Experience as Junior Application development and customization Officer.
Job Title 6: Senior Digital banking System development Officer
Required Educational qualifications:
MSc/BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Computer/Electrical Engineering or any other related field of studies
Required Work Experience:
5(five) to 7(seven) years of Experience as digital Application development and customization Officer.
Job Title 7: Senior Application Development and Customization Officer
Required Educational qualifications:
MSc/BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Computer/Electrical Engineering or any other related field of studies.
Required Work Experience:
5(five) to 7(seven) years of Experience as Application development and customization Officer.
Job Title 8: Branch Manager
Required Educational qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or other related fields of studies.
Required Work Experience:
Minimum of 7(seven) years of professional experience at a Bank out of which (One) as Customer Services Manager or equivalent role.
Job Title 9: Application Development and Customization Officer
Required Educational qualifications:
MSc/BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Computer/Electrical Engineering or any other related field of studies.
Required Work Experience:
5(five) to 7(seven) years of Experience as Application development and customization Officer.
Job Title 10: Digital Banking Officer
Required Educational qualifications:
BA Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance /Management/Economics or other related fields.
Required Work Experience: 3(three) years of Experience in banking operation in a Digital position.
